I took a shot. For the first time in many years I ordered delivery. Despite my attention to detail, I was shorted a side and also received no salsa. This review is not for the food--which was excellent--this review is for the response to being shorted a side on my $70 meal. "That was my bad, you can come here and I'll give you the side." I didn't order delivery so I can come in and get the food I paid for.

I came to try this El Pollo for the first time, I am visiting from other state from NY we also have this and I can say they were okay in NY. When I tried here in Sacramento. I was delighted that the amount of food that we had are plenty enough to feed our family of 3. I mean, look at this?! When I tasted it it is even better in Sacramento. The chicken is so delicious, juicy and moist. The sides are yummy too! I will come back not only because of the delicious food, It is also because of the friendly staff and the Manager Mike is also friendly.

Terrible experience as we walk in there are 3 unhouse people sitting right at the door. We order our food where the cashier had her headsets in. She hand me my cup with her finger in it. Your cook has their hood on while they are cooking. Same cashier bent down picked up trash off the floor didn't wash her hands. Proceeded to put gloves on to go make food. I guess they don't want people to dine I'm It's colder in the restaurant than it is.
