Wow!! What an **amazing Mediterranean gem** in the Gold River area! 🌟 **Extreme Hummus** (2320 Sunrise Blvd, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670) absolutely blew me away! 💥
From the moment I walked in, the **service was super friendly and fast**, and the restaurant was spotless ✨. The **prices are very reasonable**, and the food… OMG — next level!!
I ordered the **Falafel Bowl 🥙** with creamy **Tahini sauce** and fresh **Cilantro Hummus**, and it was a total **flavor explosion 💥** in every bite! Each ingredient tasted so fresh, authentic, and perfectly seasoned. The **falafels were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside**, just how they should be! 😋
But the **king of the evening 👑** was definitely the **Baklava 🥮** — light, flaky, perfectly sweet, and made **fresh in-house daily**. Absolutely addictive!
This is hands-down **my favorite Mediterranean restaurant in the Gold River area**, and I can’t wait to come back and try everything else on the menu! 💚

Had the falafel bowl. Falafel was cooked perfectly and very tasty. Generous portion along with their roasted garlic hummus, salad and rice. Everything was very fresh. Service was friendly as well. Will come back for sure

Great corner restaurant. Pita wrap was awesome. No cheating on the meat here ! Lettuce and onions were crisp. Dolma has option of several sauces. Chipotle was a surprise. Hot sauce was tangy.
my experience was great. I’m at Ray. The owner very hospital unkind man. The falafel is outstanding in the lamb beef combination. Shawarma wraps are to die for and very large portions. Very good. I’ve done here before very good customer service. We react a little people they also cater events And do parties at the location on a case by case basis I have the recommend people to try this restaurant out it will be a new one of your favorites if you’re a true foodie very delicious.

I am trying to understand the hype in the reviews. We ordered two chicken combo plates, one with extra chicken and one with extra lamb/beef. They charged us $55 and we received two of the saddest looking Mediterranean plates I've eaten. The amount/quality of meat, especially for being up-charged extra was a joke.....the hummus/pita was the redeeming part of the meal. The salad included with the combo was also good.
It's too bad, because the employees/owner seemed nice enough.
I would give it 2.5 stars based on this experience, but it's definitely not a solid 3.

Stopped by after I read reviews and was not disappointed… had the falafel wrap and really enjoyed it! I’ve avoided the sketch restaurants at this spot previously, but I really hope this one succeeds as the food is really good. Enjoyed the different hummus’s and the baba famous his great too.
I recently visited Extreme Hummus, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The hummus was incredibly smooth and creamy, The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt welcome. The restaurant had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made the experience even better.
If you’re a fan of Mediterranean cuisine or just want to try something new, Extreme Hummus is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

This is the best Greek restaurant I've ever been to and it's not far from my house. Glad to have this restaurant in Rancho Cordova.
This is an established restaurant in Citrus Heights that is successful. They just recently opened this location in Rancho.
I had the beef lamb bowl. It has salad and tzatziki sauce on the top with your choice of hummus; chipotle or cilantro. Rice and meat on the bottom.
The atmosphere adds to the experience, with beautiful Greek-inspired artwork on the walls and authentic Greek music playing in the background.
