Stopped by after I read reviews and was not disappointed… had the falafel wrap and really enjoyed it! I’ve avoided the sketch restaurants at this spot previously, but I really hope this one succeeds as the food is really good. Enjoyed the different hummus’s and the baba famous his great too.

I recently visited Extreme Hummus, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The hummus was incredibly smooth and creamy, The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt welcome. The restaurant had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made the experience even better.
If you’re a fan of Mediterranean cuisine or just want to try something new, Extreme Hummus is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

This is an established restaurant in Citrus Heights that is successful. They just recently opened this location in Rancho.
I had the beef lamb bowl. It has salad and tzatziki sauce on the top with your choice of hummus; chipotle or cilantro. Rice and meat on the bottom.
The atmosphere adds to the experience, with beautiful Greek-inspired artwork on the walls and authentic Greek music playing in the background.

I love Extreme Hummus in Citrus Heights and have ordered catering from them in the past, so I was so excited to hear about them opening in Rancho Cordova, and I hope they stick around! This time I ordered the Chicken Gyro plate with the garlic roasted hummus. My husband ordered the Beef and Lamb Gyro plate with the Spicy chipotle hummus. ( I recommend all their hummus!)
The chicken was juicy and delicious and well seasoned! It came with a generous amount of rice, probably 1/2 cup of hummus, half a pita bread, a small salad, topped with tzatziki sauce. The pita bread was perfectly made, crispy on the outside but fluffy in the middle. I only ate half and saved the other half for a lunch.
Typically in Citrus Heights, you order your food and they make it on the spot, then bring it out to you - so you are always guaranteed fresh food. The same applies here in Rancho, they had us pull around and wait for the food. If you are impatient and simply need your food right away, go to a fast food drive thru. Otherwise, wait patiently for your food here because it's worth it.

An established Sacramento local restaurant. This is their second location that just opened up recently! I was so surprised when I drove by it and had to stop by. Very delicious and fairly priced beef and lamb Gyro ($10.99). Fries is a good enough portion for two people. The interior is a bit outdated but it’s clean and lots of available seating. There is a fairly quick drive through too if you don’t dine in.
Finally! I've been waiting for a healthy fast-food drive thru that can withstand the test of time. And it's finally arrived. I noticed Extreme Hummus was open today and couldn't pass up the chance to try it. I got a few different things, and my favorite it the hummus bowl. I was able to add a side of Baba Ganoush and this mixture makes this pregnant mama VERY happy! Thrilled you have arrived!

My wife was having a craving for Gyros yesterday and I saw this today so we tried it. FYI this is their second location and they have been running it for over 10 years. It is a soft opening so things will continue to evolve. The Gyros was excellent, we also had the wrap which was very good. But for me their hummus selection and quality are spot on. They also offer a party pack with 5 hummus flavors and the perfectly prepared pita. ( going to be my go to for party plates ?) The pricing is fair and the portions are large. The owners are very gracious and we look forward to eating here again.
