Very wonderful experience! The lady at cashier desk was so energetic , passionate and friendly.

The smoothie was fresh, tasty and not too sweet. Definitely coming back

“I’m green” is super fresh and tasted good. I tried to make it at home but never turn out the same

I come here often, and I believe the owner wasn’t working today. A lady named Jocelyn helped me. I ordered a Taro boba smoothie with a Rocky Road float, but when I received my drink, it was a milk tea with Rocky Road.

I asked Jocelyn why my drink was milk tea instead of the smoothie, since in the past my order has always been served as a smoothie. I was disappointed when she told me that if I wanted it remade as a smoothie, I would need to pay full price again — even though I wasn’t asked if I wanted a milk tea or smoothie base this time.

As a regular customer, I thought it would be made the same way as before, so this was confusing and frustrating. I rarely, if ever, complain, and this was the first time I spoke up. I would have appreciated a little flexibility or understanding in this situation. I didn’t feel like my loyalty as a customer was considered, and I left feeling a bit disappointed with the experience.

The food and drinks are great. The staff are friendly and the service is fast. I always swing by when I'm in the area.

Really tasty options their burrito wrap was surprisingly good and innovative. Definitely a good portion for the $14 you pay. Highly recommend. Boba drink I ordered was good and they accommodate non dairy options HUGE PLUSS FOR ME

Well, I came here with my family- we ordered Bobas and the kids got pork bowls. The drinks were ok. I didn't particularly like mine [Earl Grey Milk Tea]. It was flavorless, bland. The pork bowls is where this place was a true disappointment- so many positive reviews and I can't see how it is possible when the service we got was THAT poor. I had one bite of the meat and had to spit it out! It didn't look it, but obviously the marinade had burned. Anyway, just thought the reviews should be more balanced before another family goes in there and drops 47 bucks on 3 drinks and 2 bowls.

So much food...tender smoked chicken was the best in my noodle bowl. If they had chili oil....this would be 5 star

Great establishment with savory food. I've been going here ever since they opened in Rancho in 2015 or so and they are very welcoming. Their selection of teas, smoothies, slushies and coffee are great with a lot to choose from. Fusion Boba has never let me down

I love this place. I order on DoorDash frequently and also go in person. It's a positive experience every time. Highly recommend.

this is one of my favorite places in rancho cordova. cute and cozy place. super friendly staff. food is so bomb i have to come in at least once a week. some of the stuff can be the slightest bit pricy, like the baked good but other than that i recommend people checking this place out.

I moved to Rancho Cordova a couple of years ago and this is one of my favorite tea spots in the area. All the teas are tasty and refreshing. I like the variety in their food menu as well. Everything I order always tastes flavorful and fresh. My favorites would have to be the spring rolls, burrito wraps, and the beef teriyaki bowl. I can't speak to in-person service a lot since I usually do takeout or delivery, but the few times I have ordered in person, the employee working the register has always been kind.

On a side-note, I hope they are able to fix the $15-$17 on the spring rolls when ordering via UberEats. When selecting, the menu forces you to choose between noodle salad, white rice salad, etc and so 2 spring rolls somehow cost $28 lol
