The ice cream alone could get this store 5 stars, but then add in the above and beyond service.. wish i could rate it 10!
A young man helped me today over the phone as I was struggling with the online ordering (which mind you is through a third party company) he was so helpful, and made sure my family and I got exactly what we were ordering and wanting. He was super nice and accommodating, it’s rare to receive such kind customer service sometimes. I was really blown away.
Back to the ice cream… DELISH! have never been disappointed in what i’ve tired. highly recommend!

I’m extremely disappointed with this location of Handel’s Ice Cream. There is no indoor seating, and the outdoor seating area was in terrible condition — sticky tables and cockroaches crawling everywhere. Seeing hundreds of cockroaches in and around the seating area made me question the cleanliness inside the store as well.
This is a much newer store, and I had high expectations after attending their opening, but the lack of sanitization and hygiene standards completely ruined the experience for me and my family. Unfortunately, it was so bad that I ended up feeling sick after visiting.
Food safety and cleanliness should be a top priority, especially for a place serving families and children. I truly hope management takes immediate action to resolve these issues.

We love Handel's, and yet every time we come to this one, it takes a long time to order. There tends to be only two workers and one continuously works on online orders, making the line slow going. The workers are really nice! It just seems like bad management/scheduling.

Great ice cream, never had this before and my husband and I we keep buying it. The people that works there they are nice. Of course they have tables outside you can not go inside there’s no way.

Do I recommend here? I do, please try it.

The ice cream was ok but not truly worthy of the price. There isn't a child's portion which meant a lot got thrown away.

Only an outdoor area for seating which was ok but not family friendly when young children start clamoring they need to use the facilities.

Overall, spent almost 30 dollars on 5 dingle serve portions and walked away knowing I wouldn't be doing that twice. I'll take the grandkids to DQ, Coldstone, or let them pick out a half gallon at the store before repeating this mistake.
