Went here a few weeks back! With my Mom and Grandma! I had the BBQ Chicken Sandwich and that was really good! Service was really nice. Overall great experience.

Those were the best bahn mi sandwiches I have ever had! They were warm on fresh bread and very juicy, not dry. My mouth is watering as I am typing this review. ? I can not wait to go there again.

ordered their bun bo hue and it was absolutely delicious! came with a side of chili oil and of course i dumped the whole thing in. full of delicious brisket and meat, only thing missing is the pork blood / blood cube. otherwise sooo good & inexpensive if ur craving bun bo hue in rancho :)

Not the greatest banh mi but not the worst I've had either. The spring rolls were warm and so not refreshing in a way Vietnamese spring rolls ought to be. They do a brisk business but it may be due more to the lack of options in the area than the superiority of their sammys. Pho fresh still remains a consistent area favorite. You may pay more but you definitely taste the better quality of their offerings.

The woman taking orders was a real sweetheart. The menu is large, there is a huge variety of food to order from and drinks also. Front door is locked and you must enter from the right side of the building. There is seating available to sit and eat, however it was a tad warm for my liking and chose to take the sandwich to go. This was the Grilled Pork Bahn Mi sandwich, all ingredients were fresh and so tasty. I love the peppers and how crunchy they are! I can't tell you how much I have fallen in love with the Bahn MI sandwiches, i had never heard of them until about 1 year ago and now i am addicted to them! I will be returning soon to try other items on the menu! Very easy location to get to located on the north side of Flosom Boulevard.

Found this awesome little shop last year. Came to visit family here in CA from TX. Made sure my wife and kids got to enjoy the wonderful sandwiches that they make here. Make sure to add this place to your "wow, I can't believe how good the food is" list. Make your mouth happy, eat here!

Was passing through Rancho and was craving a sandwich. Called it in 5 minutes before arrival and it was ready as soon as I walked through the door. The price was great and the sandwich was fresh & tasty. If I'm ever in the area and craving a banh mi, I'll definitely drop by again

Don't ever go to the huong lan sandwiches on Bradshaw. I am not a person to complain but omg the food is so nasty. The food was so stale and the sandwich was a mess. Will never return there again !!!! Banh Mi Sandwiches yuck!!!

Food tasted good even though did not come out as nicely arranged, decent amount of meat also. The veggie for soup is a bit limited. The lady was nice but I had to order and pay up front at counter for dine-in, more like self service/to go place.

These sandwiches are awesome!A bit too much meat. Yeah, thats the biggest "issue" I've ever had. Non-issue really.I find the price totally worth it. I just wish they were closer to home.If you've never been, don't let the boarded up look dissuade you. They are open and they have delicious food.
Bahn mi sandwiches are delicious. Fresh baguettes and a good selection of different flavors. They also have a hot lamp with fresh egg rolls that you can take to go or order a new batch too. Friendly staff. Perfect for a quick lunch

Quality and care of food has changed. Ordered 2 banh mi sandwiches and both lacked flavor and the bread had a different texture. I am more familiar of their South Sac location which is always better. For now will look at alternatives

My fiance and I were craving banh mi's and pho and stumbled upon this spot! The area doesn't look like it gets busy, but the whole time I was there, the restaurant was filling up with customers! The lady who owns the shop is super friendly! The prices for their banh mi's are very reasonable and they are FAT LOL they really stuff their sandwiches! The BBQ Pork banh mi was super tasty. I also ordered their Pho Combo Noodle and it was around $11+, the taste of the broth is amazing and rich. Just tad bit on the oily side and thick. I think that the portion of the noodles needs to be much more. I did not feel full at all with the amount of noodles I was given. They also have egg rolls out for you to self serve and purchase!

Hadn't been back to this place in awhile due to work-from-home Covid. Recently returning back to in-office work and went for lunch. Prices have gone up ~30% from two years ago. $13 for Cold Noodle and Soup entrees. Ordered Cold Noodle with grilled pork, shrimp, lettuce, pickled Vegas, two small egg rolls. Fish sauce looked a little cloudy. About an hour later and into the afternoon had tummy ache and needed to make several work disrupting trips to the bathroom. Glad I did not have any meetings that afternoon.
