I love in n out. It's definitely our go to when we eat out. But today, the burgers were very rare. According to the customer service line that I called, the burgers are on a timer when they are on the grill. I have never had this rare of a burger. I don't mind a little pink but this was unacceptable. Not sure if I'll return to this one. Might drive to Folsom to get my in n out from now on.

I recently visited your location at 2475 Sunrise Blvd, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670, and was disappointed with my experience. I ordered fries, but they arrived lukewarm. When I politely brought this to an employee’s attention, she responded rudely and seemed dismissive, which made me feel unheard. I believe the individual who helped me could benefit from more customer service training to handle situations like this better. The replacement batch I received was hot but overly dry and tough—possibly overcooked or made from a different batch of potatoes. As an older customer who visits In-N-Out regularly, I’d suggest that when someone like me points out an issue, the staff should try a fry themselves or conduct a quick quality control inspection to ensure consistency. I love In-N-Out and usually have great experiences, so this stood out. I’d appreciate it if you could look into this to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Thank you!

Great food, good service considering the amount of people they have to deal with and serve. Very loud atmosphere, can't really be controlled though so it's understandable. They misheard our order which I understand, as it was very loud. When we saw that the order was wrong we went back up to correct it before our order was made or given to us. Paid the extra fee to make our fries animal style. The lady cashier was wonderful and assured itd be fixed, and I personally saw her updating her coworkers. When our order was called out, we grabbed it and then saw it was regular fries, not animal. So we brought them back up with the receipt to show. The lady cashier helped us and apologized for the mistake. She let us keep the fries and said she'd get the correct fries out. What seemed like the manager got upset with her for letting us keep the fries instead of taking them back to give to another customer, as he said to take the fries back. This seems quite unsanitary as he didn't know if we touched the fries at all. We got our animal fries very quickly which was nice. The male worker (presumed manager) was a bit rude when giving us the correct fries, as if we were trying to get free food and inconveniencing him. Overall, Food was great. Service was great considering the circumstances, except for the (presumed) male manager. Atmosphere was not great, very loud, not pleasant experience seeing the worker who helped you getting reprimanded for no good reason.

I went through drive up.I've been to this particular in and out of many times. It has been very good in the past. Today it was terrible my burger was flavorless..fries were very cold. Also I asked for a bag and I got a box... She offered to put a lid on for me.But that wouldn't fix the fact that I had this box to deal with...ugh
Delay in getting our food through drive-thru. A customer decided to switch her order and she sat at the window until it was re-done. The customer in front me and I had to wait while our food sat on the counter for us..cold. Staff should have had her ger out of line to parking area and allow the rest of us to get our food before it got cold. I will not return there.
