Signs posted everywhere outside say they accept EBT. They do not. EBT card was declined 4 times with more than enough money in it. Location was filthy as well. Took at least twenty minutes before my presence was even acknowledged. Horrible. Will never be coming here again, and will be advising everyone I know not to come here either.

Very disappointed service!!!!! The lady at the drive-thru didn’t even know proper English and was extremely rude. I placed my order through the Jack in the Box mobile app, and it was over 1 hour late. When I went to pick it up, instead of helping or apologizing, she gave me attitude and acted like it was my fault. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I will not be ordering from this location again.

This was such a bad Jack in the box. We waited in store for 15 minutes but the workers still didn’t came to take my order. Also the smell was so bad inside. There was so much dust on the counter. This was literally the worst jack in the box that I have ever been to.

Very disappointed. The drive thru worker was rude, slow and messed up my order after repeating it to me 2 times correctly. Not to mention she looked high. I didnt even get what i ordered. Tried to call the location to get let them know and no1 picks up.. such terrible service.

Me and friends ordered late at night. We were missing 3 items, a cake, churros, and fries, and the 1 fry we did receive had a hair in it. After arriving home and seeing what was missing, we came back and the staff Maria was so rude and disrespectful. In no way should someone talk to paying customers like that. -1 / 10 worst service I’ve ever received.
