Me and friends ordered late at night. We were missing 3 items, a cake, churros, and fries, and the 1 fry we did receive had a hair in it. After arriving home and seeing what was missing, we came back and the staff Maria was so rude and disrespectful. In no way should someone talk to paying customers like that. -1 / 10 worst service I’ve ever received.

I'm so disappointed I asked the gentleman for fries cooked to order but that was not the case not only did he forget my change but the fries was cold and hard ? and he spoke highly on how they do not serve cold food yeah right!

Just had a suspicious charge on my credit card from this Rancho Cordova location. I do not live in the area nor have I went to a Jack in the Box in quite some time.
As I locked my card, then I saw that the charge was then refunded. Pretty ODD. Total charge was $42.65

It is the best fast food place, everything is fresh and the employees are really dedicated to their work and friendly.
I ordered a combo 4 and everything was excellent from the food to the customer service

I’ve had a previous issue with this location but decided to try again. The first time I had an issue with them, I placed a large order through their app for pickup. I showed up earlier than my pick up time and waited in my car in the parking lot. This was later in the evening and there weren’t any other cars in the parking lot while I was there. I pulled up to drive through to pick up my food and they just stared at me and said someone just picked it up a couple minutes ago. I said there’s no way that’s possible because I’ve been sitting in the parking lot for 15 minutes and no one has been there. They said “yeah they showed an ID with your name on it” Again, not possible bc my name is spelled pretty uncommon, and again, I’ve been sitting in the parking lot (I’ve also never been asked for ID for pick up orders at any drive through) They just stared at me and finally said “well do you want us to remake it?” I said yes and they had me pull around to wait. After almost 20 minutes, they walked out to my car and said some things in my order were not things they even had at this location. So how did they “make” and give my order to someone else? I contacted support that night and 3 weeks later got an email that said “thank you for your feedback”

Today, I paid for about $100 worth of food for my whole family through their app for delivery. My burger didn’t even have a patty on it! I was missing another sandwich and an order of fries. (The bags were sealed with stickers so I know the doordash driver didn’t take it) I tried to call the store, no answer. I tried to dispute through their app, but essentially all you can do is send an email. Which I’m sure I won’t get a response to that either.

Requiring every single car in the drive thru to pull around is ridiculous. I understand if there is one particular long order but they make every single car pull around there isn’t even enough parking spots.
