I use the mobile app countywide for drive-thru and in store purchases. Although the app gives me a time frame, I usually arrive early and am able to receive my order(s) quicker than the apps estimate without any hassle.

It's unfortunate but this location sucks. Spending over $30 but the fries were half full, I didn't get any taco sauce (that they asked if I wanted and said yes to three times), the sodas were wrong.
Over 20 transient individuals on top of the place; literally in the drive thru, blocking the front doors, camped out front.

Signs posted everywhere outside say they accept EBT. They do not. EBT card was declined 4 times with more than enough money in it. Location was filthy as well. Took at least twenty minutes before my presence was even acknowledged. Horrible. Will never be coming here again, and will be advising everyone I know not to come here either.

Very disappointed service!!!!! The lady at the drive-thru didn’t even know proper English and was extremely rude. I placed my order through the Jack in the Box mobile app, and it was over 1 hour late. When I went to pick it up, instead of helping or apologizing, she gave me attitude and acted like it was my fault. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I will not be ordering from this location again.
