The reason i gave Jacks a 5 star review is because they are always so nice and able to get anything we might need. Their food is absolutely delicious and they put effort into the food and making sure you have a good time. The atmosphere is amazing. The vibe is very chill which I always like. The booths and tables are very comfortable and the inside is very good. Overall, 5 stars.

very disappointed, we picked up the
mobile order and this is what our fries looked like… NO SAUCE, A FEW DROPS, that’s NOT OKAY! Please whoever is preparing the food, do better… the rest was good per usual

Fresh seasonal ingredients are used and the portions are generous. A bit noisy with the acoustics but there is an outdoor seating area too. It was warm that day so we ate inside but it was challenging to have a conversation.

The food is fresh and delicious. The employees are very helpful and friendly. They don't seem to mind my spouse's overly complex salad. They take the order no problem and it comes out perfect every time. I look forward to eating here again.

I had the new chicken bowl and it was delicious. It comes with rice and avocado. No line for ordering and they brought the food out quickly.

I LOVE their build your own salads, but every time I order one I notice random ingredients carelessly mixed. If you're some with food allergies please be aware, food safety guidelines are not followed, and the risk of cross exposure is VERY likely. I order from them frequently (4-6 times a month), and it happens every single time.

After delivery fees and such it's usually around $40.00 for the salad alone, and still every order has random ingredients just tossed in like whoever made the salad was going too fast and mixing ingredients in a salad bar from one container into other the other containers.

Crowded, but good. Homestyle food. Turkey, chicken, mashed potatoes, veggies, Mac n cheese, etc... a bit pricey. Not a great menu system..
