This store is great. I order from here a lot and I ordered a bbq beef sandwich and when I got it home it was dry with very little bbq sauce. I called and asked for a replacement and they took care of it. They even asked when I would be there so they could make sure the sandwich was hot. Highly recommend for the great service and food.

Even though all the workers are fast and friendly, and my order usually correct. I can no longer come to this location (atleast during lunch hours) the 3 times I have came here it took over 30 minutes to get a hot sandwich. Which is my whole lunch break.... lame

Jersey Mike’s makes good sandwiches. I like to add their pepper relish to my sandwich. I ordered ahead with the app. They had a lot of orders going, but it didn’t take too long before I got my sandwich.

I really like Jersey Mike's. I ate at the one at Delta Shores last week, and the two poor employees there were completely overwhelmed with phone orders. They had to tell the walk-in customers it would be a 30 minute wait. But this last cation had plenty of employees to handle the lunch hour. The manager was very nice. They also had brewed ice tea, which the other location did not. The two sandwiches I ordered were the #7 (turkey and parmesan cheese) and today I had the Italian. I get them both on their excellent parm & rosemary bread.
