This location is close to my house. I keep trying to see if it's getting any better. But no today I got a 3 peace meal, original and the skin was rock heard and the meat was so dry after I pulled the over cooked skin of. It's so jacked up that no matter how many times I give this location a try, the food is like dog crap. The componey should fire everyone that works the night shift at this location and start with people that want to.cook the food right. I will be calling corporate over and over, untill this location gets new night staff. Don't eat at this place after 4 pm. It's absolutely trash. I could get a better meal out of a trash can or at the city dump

The second time now I ordered extra chicken. Got to the window. Asked them, they told me yes to my face and then I have no extra chicken. They even give me less than what I should have, 7 pieces of chicken and not 8, with extra it should be closer to 11 or 12 pieces.

There's new a manager and everyone is very nice. The place is clean and the food is very good. I hadn't been in over a year when it was a pig pen. Filthy and employees were rude and screw up my order again. I'm very glad it has changed.

The worker was nice, but they did not give me my Large Soda MTN, said I never paid for it when I did, then I got Large Cheese curds, there was like 7 pieces.Chicken sandwhich was just tossed up and thrown in bag,And gave me no reciept, its like it was done on purpose, I eat and get same order everytime, never had problem till now.Will not be coming back again.Thank you at least they gave me whole buncha spread lol.

4/2/24- I want to give a shout out to the crew. Antonio was upfront and he greeted me the minute I walked in. He was very nice and took my order.On duty was Fernando who is a cook. Jose was on drive thru and Alberto was upfront. Between all four my food came out quick.They helped all customers with a good attitude. Antonio takes pride in his staff and he let me know they like to make sure they take care of their customer's.Since I don't have an A&W I asked for the Tuesday special. It comes with fries and a drink. The burger was fair but I'm not a burger fan. I would get it again.When I got my meal I had all I needed to go. I had napkins, a straw and my condiments. Most places forget one or the other.Very pleased with the service and the meal. I hope this crew is recognized for their great customer service!
Parking: Parking is in it's own section. It was nice to pull in and find a spot. They have lots of handicap spaces as well.
