Kim’s Chinese is excellent. My grandmother used to come here religiously when she was alive and she has been gone since 1995. My entire family loves it! They have great customer service and it’s just a shame how expensive it is to lease in Rancho Cordova. Some of these commercial property owners are just greedy. Kim’s Chinese you have been awesome and I’m so sad to see you go!

I’m so distraught that they have to closes their doors on December 31st after 42 years of serving their customers in Rancho Cordova! I’m so sad! Everything on their menu is superb. Please stop by and support them before their closed. ??

Sadly, this restaurant used to be better. Today, as with other reviews, prices online aren't updated and food was very mediocre. I'll try them again and we'll see.

Came by for lunch. The older gentleman who helped me was very nice. I was seated, had my order taken, and got my food all in a very short period of time. I had the chicken with bean sprouts lunch combo plate. It started with a small cup of wonton soup. The broth was very good, not too watery or not too salty, and I liked the wontons. Not gummy at all, I liked the filling very much. I don't know what herbs or spices they used, but I liked it. There were also a couple of small pieces of sweet and sour pork in the broth. The main course was also very good. I had a choice of fried or white rice. I close the white rice. It was nice and fluffy and not gummy at all. The chicken was tender and had good flavor, and the bean sprouts were nice and crunchy. I liked the sauce that came with the entrée as well as the chow mein very much. A nice savory sauce. The only reason I am taking away one star, is while the chow mein was delicious, it was a little bit too much chew on the noodles. They were just a little bit too Al dente for me. The portion size was just right. I was satisfied, , but not overly stuffed. Luncheon water, tax and tip, cost me $13 out the door. Very reasonable. I will be back. Thank you

Really good food. Love the chicken chow mein and pot stickers. I always get their war won ton soup when I am sick. Good quality food and super fresh tasting.

Came in and put in a huge order with probably 9 different entrées. Well the next day, everyone was sick. Everyone ate the same thing which all came from the same place so we know it has to have came from the restaurant. Some people got over it the next day and others were sick for 5 days. Will never be coming here again.

I order the special for 4 and on there menu it showed the price $32.00 and when arriving to pick up the order I was charged $54.00. When questioning the price I informed that the pricing on website was not updated. Now reading the reviews I see that is what your told everytime your over charged. I see this as false advertising since I see this on all of there reviws. Food was not good dry and rubbery. WILL NOT BE ENTERING THIS PLACE AGAIN, DO NO RECOMMEND THAT ANY ONE ELSE DOES EITHER.

It wasn't that good the foil of chicken was all burned up and had bad taste to it a lot of other things that weren't right when I'm in the and the quantity was so small it charged a $100 I've seen other restaurants where you've spent a $100 in it you get a lot of food take home and this place didn't give you anything to take basically take home it was so small half court boxes with a little wire thing on it it just wasn't that good and oh you sweet and shower and it's not been put in the liquid they put the liquid on the side so you put your own liquid on it that's not right Yeah this just didn't make me happy and the food was A food was tasting burnt to me

I've been eating here since I was a child. Anytime my parents would ask me where I wanted to eat for my birthday, without skipping a beat I'd respond with, "Kim''s!" I was maybe 10 when they introduced me to this restaurant. I'm now 38, and even though I no longer live in Rancho Cordova, I still make the drive just to get the Letter A combo.Members of the staff know me by name and my preferred order by heart because of my unwavering loyalty and love for this restaurant. The food is consistently delicious every time, they are always friendly, and even when they quote me a possible 20 minute wait, the food is always ready within ten to fifteen minutes. As long as this restaurant stays open, I will always be a returning patron!

Amazing honey walnut shrimp! I love the classic dining room feel. They are very friendly here and have been around a long time!

Wonderful food, great quality and the speed was great. Only reason this isn't a 5-star review is because the food was much more expensive than listed on Google. Granted, the information was 4 years old, but prices were up by 50% which pushed them from competitive with other local Chinese food to being on the higher end. That said, we'll be back, just less often
