They definitely need to update their website. Apparently they take reservations online, but they should have built in a cut off time. I filled out the form at 7pm and requested for a time for about the same time the next time. Apparently after 7pm you can still fill out the form but the RESERVATION WILL NOT BE HELD UNLESS THEY REACH OUT TO YOU.
Maybe just take that feature off. I wasted my time filling out the form only for my reservation to be denied.
NOWHERE on its reservation page does it explains it’s policy, apparently you the consumer have to click on their policy tab and educate yourself on how it works to make a reservation with them to see that a deposit must be collected to hold the spot you reserve.
No such option was available at the time I placed a reservation.
They never reached out, and what followed was nothing short of a nightmare… we get there at the time I requested a reservation only to find out right THEN that I didn’t do my job as the consumer to click on their policy page…
They were running a really good special for a medium room ( up to 8 people) for Karaoke for half the price, well we ended up having to rent a large room at more than half than what we were expecting because they failed to reach out to me and let me know that they couldn’t accommodate my reservation because I missed the cutoff point.
Those integrations should be on the reservation page to begin with. Put your policy on the front page. Dont hide it in a tab for the consumer to have to find. Build a cut off time on the reservation page. It’ll save so many headaches.
Let me just say this…. Put your policy on the reservation page instead of keeping them separated. It would save a lot of head aches.

While I didn't get any food, the menu looked amazing, I'm gonna have to come back just to try it. Everything else was on point. Security was friendly but also did their job. Drink service at the bar was pretty fast. The vibe in the whole place was pretty chill. The gentleman who I assume was the owner or at least the manager was all over the place taking care of everyone.
Pricing was good 30 an hour this month for 6 ppl

A friend DJ'd here. Great atmosphere. Plenty of free parking. Pool tables, small dance floor, TVs to watch sports, individual karaoke rooms. Diverse crowd. Security at the front door. Didn't eat here this time so I don't know about the food...yet.

This place is the perfect kind of Strange~ a little campy, a little quirky, but a whole lot of fun! The best music throwbacks, playful crowd that loves to dance! The Staff are wonderful and pour generous drinks, and the appetizers are the best Asia/ American Fusion! I have so much fun whenever I end up there!!! 👌
Vegetarian options: The best Spicy Edamame, you’ll ever have!!! 🔥🔥🔥
They lady at the front was rude and not very engaging to the point we almost left right after walking in. We got there before a certain time and wasn't aware of the specials that were offered and was charged more $$ for less services. We may give a second chance but have not decide yet.

I always love coming here, my go-to karaoke place. Not sure if he's the owner, but there's always an older gentleman that's very cool and nice. Love the fries, and the new option of streaming to the TV is a lot more convenient than having to bug staff when you need the aux cord. Super cheap, 3 hours with my group of 5 ended up being $15 a person not including drinks. The only mild gripe I've had in the past 5 or 6 times coming here is getting carded by a bartender last time, but you always get carded when coming in the door anyway.
Parking: Large shopping center, if you come later in the day (6pm and after) there's not many people there since most parking spots are taken by the grocery store
Wheelchair accessibility: Shopping center and no stairs in the place, wheelchair parking nearby
