McDonald's Rancho Cordova

I went to this McDonald’s at 3:45 pm with my dad through the drive-through, and it was a very bad experience. The guy who handed me the food was not wearing gloves, which made me uncomfortable. I asked one of the girls working there, and she told me to speak to the supervisor. When I talked to the supervisor, he was wearing non-McDonald’s clothes, so I was confused if that was even allowed. I told him that his worker was not wearing gloves, and he replied very rudely, and acting like he didn’t care, then said he was the supervisor and could do anything he wanted. His attitude was disrespectful and unprofessional. Shame on this McDonald’s. I have been to many McDonald’s locations, and this is by far the rudest one I have ever been to.

I have been a McDonald's customer for 11 years, in various states and even internationally, and I have never witnessed worse treatment than what I experienced today from a man working at the restaurant who claimed to be a supervisor. He wasn't wearing the employee uniform or a name tag. He was yelling at customers and kicking them out without any valid reason. I simply asked about my order. I believe he was intoxicated because he was acting strangely and answering people before they even finished asking their questions. How could they hire someone like this? Where are the managers at McDonald's? This person is disrespectful and is damaging the restaurant's reputation. He should be held accountable. It's worth noting that the other employees in the same restaurant were working diligently and quietly.12/25/2025 between 1:30 to 2:30 PM

We came in ten minutes to closing on Christmas night and they were nice enough to serve us and let us eat there. They were out of McRib though but great service

Had to wait 15 minutes in drive thru for 2 fresh hot n spicy. Went around the drive thru and they weren't aware that I wasnt given my order and I would've stayed out there longer with my car on wasting gas. Then they gave me two hot n spicy which may have been cook to order from the start but are not cook to order due to the time I was waiting. By the time I got home. Both sandwiches were not warm.

A bit overrun with what looked like teenagers out of junior high. Staff was friendly. The store manager Patricia is an utter delight,.always friendly, professional and considerate
I remember many years ago when she was just a plain employee and noticed she got higher and higher positions over time. You can tell she really put all of herself into that effort, and undoubtedly deserves the advancement she's been granted.

McDonald’s please do better. You guys need to higher staff and employees that actually wanna do their job when I simply ask for my sauces to be one sweet-and-sour and ketchup and all I get is sweet-and-sour sauce or when I ask for an extra item on a certain order, it never gets fulfilled. It’s like these people hate their jobs and hate their life and it makes the experience truly trash.

Only reason food ain’t a one star is bc it’s obv McDonald’s and it hits but y’all needa fix your attitude especially when taking orders in the drive thru. There’s no reason to be rude to customers who aren’t rude to you. Grow up and be mature professionals. Or find a job as a janitor or smthn where you don’t gotta talk to people.

Very nice McDonalds in convenient location close to my house. Good atmosphere delicious food clean renovated place to grab a bite to eat. I want to thank Zoa and Nicolaus for excellent customer service kindness and effective work

Always an item missing from the bag. I promise, if you go there this will happen to you. Almost makes me think management is trying to short people to cut costs.
