The service is always subpar. It’s like there isn’t ever any real management that has a clue about what is happening in the store. The kids working there obviously aren’t given any proper guidance or training. I’m really disappointed in this location as it is a new location. I expected learning curves…. But this seems to be the norm.I’ve ordered a McFlurry on 3 separate occasions…. Every time they handed me a small cup with Oreos on top. So I finally asked “Do yall not mix the McFlurry’s anymore?” The response I was given “ugh, we don’t have the spoons!” So you mean to tell me over a span of 6 months, the general manager hasn’t ordered spoons to mix a McFlurry properly?This is only 1 of the many issues I have dealt with. Forget about going inside, there are always a bunch of kids in there destroying the tables with trash, and no employee wants to help the front counter. I had an older gentleman walk in after me and stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes before I just did his order on the kiosk for him!Y’all want $20 /hr… Do Better!!!! And it starts with the management!!!!

Its hard to tell what is the root problem but it is clear the service here is slow to an uncomfortable point. There is no cleaning happening, garbage is overflowing. Multiple customers visibly furious with the waits. Staff won't take orders at the front. Even when an older gentleman struggled with the kiosk. Sad business addition for the community here.

The food was good, but the thing I didn’t like was the service. It was very slow. It took us so long to get our food that the people behind us got their food faster than us. When I was ordering it took me two times to get a drink because most of their drinks were out. I don’t blame the employees for that mistake but I blame the company. Overall the thing I would fix is how fast the food will come, it’s called fast food.

A newer location with clean modern interior, however I've noticed a drop in quality of the ingredients (namely the quarter pounds patties no longer seem fresh-never-frozen) and the straws are now to thin to work with the corresponding lids.

Came in for breakfast, Jerry served me and made my experience much better than most McDonald's restaurants. Guy deserves a raise! Thanks will be back!
Ordered large order, 1 sandwich missing from order, other missing bacon, others were made sloppy missing either tomatoes or lettuce. Not worth to pay the price for sloppily made burgers. Obviously whoever made it rushed through it. Lesson learned, trust but verify. Check on your order.

If you’re not staffed or smart enough to run curbside/drive thru/and inside all at once, maybe don’t offer it as a choice. Also when your curbside person waits 10 minutes, and comes in to wait another 5 without being helped, don’t act like they’re a problem, asking “how long have you been waiting?” “Can I see the order?” Then it was sitting RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER eyes where it had remained unmoved until someone else grabbed it for me, with my curbside number taped right to it. I agree with the other reviews saying to drive the additional 5 minutes to a different McDs. Every time we give this place another chance it’s just a new issue. At least the food was correct today, that’s the usual roulette with this location.

They literally don't have a visual menu but post a QR code where it would normally be. I'm actually confused. I was starving so super excited to see all they had. Then four kiosks that are supposed to have the menu on them but aren't operating. I feel bad for the people who work here.
