Service was very good and courteous. There were numerous very loud people during the entire time we were there eating, three hours, including homeless people approaching us asking for money. The food was tasty. The walnut shrimp was not traditional but covered in a batter. The chicken and beans was tasty though a bit dry.

So, yesterday I walked into the restaurant and was greeted BUT no one moved to take my order - hm. We stood waiting to have our order taken. It was not a concern to any of the staff working. A young named Amari walked from the pick up window and took my order. I spoke with the manager (Ted). Please train your staff to do better.

They always have fresh food and even when they don't they will make sure you get your food hot and fresh after a little wait. I have only ever had one little hiccup with an order and they took care of me immediately. I love the smiling faces the employees always have on when I walk in. The updated location looks amazing. My favorite location in sac county!

Ordered a Panda Bowl that arrived half full, and despite reporting the issue and following up, I haven’t received any response. I usually enjoy Panda Express, but this experience was frustrating and disappointing. Hoping for better customer service in the future.

Went during lunch on a weekday, so I knew it was going to be busy and ordered online to pick up. Order placed a little after noon, app said it would be ready by 12:20, arrived at 12:25. Took a bit until I could talk to a staff member, and they directed me to go to a window outside for pick up. No obvious signage, but it's fine. Already a few people waiting outside at the window, no line, just telling the guy at the window our name and waiting. Took another 10 minutes to get my order because they only started making it after I showed up. Got a random mix of sides instead of what I ordered because they kept running out of stuff. I finally got to eat at around 12:45. Not as bad as another guy in line who was waiting a full hour. The store blamed it all on a catering order. Problem is, I was waiting next to the guy with the catering order and he placed it at opening for pick up at noon. If you know there's going to be a big order that far in advance, you make food specific for that, not take the prepared food off the line and deal with shortages and waits.
