I initially hesitated to post this, but after reading similar accounts from others, I felt it was important to share my experience. My interaction with Petali's left me extremely disappointed.
The response I received from the person managing their Instagram account was unprofessional and, in my view, openly supportive of ICE in a way that felt dismissive and harmful to members of our community. That exchange, combined with other concerns that have been raised, gives me serious pause about the values that this establishment represents.

There are many restaurants in Rancho Cordova that support and value all members of the community, Petali's is not one of them.

Lance and crew were BEYOND exceptional, the bread bowls with the spaghetti were amazing, and a bit Unique. my wife’s claims it’s the best she’s ever had. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place!!!

I got the lasagna. Don’t come here for a lasagna. I was told people come here for the pasta bread bowls so bare that in mind. This rating is just for the lasagna which should be taken off the Mei as it is truly one of the of the worst I’ve ever had as an Italian. The red sauce here is terrible and made with cheap tomatoes, not San Marciano, another not suitable local tomatoes either. The ratios of everything and the construction was wrong, but mostly quality of ingredients, AVOID.

So me and my wife walked into this place I went to the board of top to look at the menu. She went to the register, not knowing…. And again, I am repeating myself this is our first time being here. The guy was so rude and said we both have to order together cause we’re confusing.. So then we ordered a meatball sandwich. I asked the guy What dose The sandwich come with his reply just meat cheese and sauce with an attitude. So we ordered then we looked over the menu and we decided we wanted garlic bread so we ordered it without him knowing then he goes up to his Waitress that took our order and said oh and they ordered more food…. So then we get home and eat our sandwiches and our breadsticks both of us woke up in the middle of the night with stomach pains and diarrhea all night.. And the customer service was horrible

Never once in my life have I ever thought about a garlic bread bowl to hold all of my pasta. Absolutely brilliant idea, and an even better tasting meal! Loved it!
Went in for an easy dinner, these people served a fantastic dinner and some of the best cannoli I've had.

The bread bowl was great, I had the fettuccine Alfredo and it was very good. The bread bowl itself was huge and the taste was fresh and enjoyable, the sauce is tasty, I also had the tiramasu for dessert and I recommend it, everythimg I tasted was delicious.

Messed up order,but never got the receipt, so couldn't prove it. One guy behind the counter seemed bothered to take order and money. Out of a lot of items the day we went. Two doors to place means that every time the door opens you cant escape a blast of cold air in the winter no matter where you sit.

Had food delivered, and it wasn’t that good. I got an eggplant parm that was overcooked, and cut too thick. The pasta & meat sauce lacked flavor and the steamed broccoli was not steamed long enough. We also got the lasagna, which was also was lacking something. It was really disappointing. The highlight was the pasta bread bowl, with the meat Alfredo sauce, was the best out of everything we got.
