Pho Fresh Vietnamese restaurant

the chicken pho was absolutely terrible. The broth was literal water and it was so hard to finish. there was no flavor even after i dumped half a sriracha bottle and chili jar into my soup. i wont be visiting again and honestly it was a miserable excuse of 61 dollars. its insanely hard to mess up a simple chicken pho, but their spicy beef w tendons was alright i guess. still wont come back yall suck it wasnt spicy at ALL go to some random ass pho place owned by a pop n mama shop and itll be better than this shitshow

The food was very fresh but there was not a lot of flavor. I got a banh mi and it was honestly the worst banh mi I have ever had. It didn’t have typical ingredients or the flavor of banh mi which was very disappointing. Also, they our entire sprigs or cilantro which was not enjoyable to eat.

Food 5/5 - Food is really fresh and good as all time. Tofu Bah minh and vegan pho is really nice option for vegetarian here.

I tried so far Vegan Pho, Braised Tofu Stew Noodle Soup, Garic tofu Bah Minh, Grilled Lemongrass Tofu Bah Minh.

Service is good, Staff is friendly.

Atmosphere is fine, only that the restaurant is always noisy not matter when and what time I went so far 😂

Vegetarian options: Quite good options for vegetarian. Vegan Pho, Bah minh with tofu options are available.

Parking: Parking in front of the restaurant is bit difficult in pick hours. But you can park near by in same complex and walk minute or two.

JFC for 14.50 a bowl of soup I’d expect some noodles that don’t taste like plastic and meat that doesn’t taste rotten.

My dining partner and I were looking for a decent restaurant to order pho and by the time we were done with lunch, we were blown away by this one. Fresh ingredients. Delicious soup! And what can I say, it's all about that broth! With such a wide selection of pho and soups to choose from, you're just going to have to visit again to try them all! Very pleasant atmosphere and prompt service is included.

The good: atmosphere and seating. The bad: almost everything else. Ox tail pho was no good, kids chicken pho was no good. Butter garlic mussels was alright. Coming from bay area, maybe we just have better pho?? No excuses for the broccoli we got that was bad (dark/rot in the stem).

I had big hopes. ordered a combo pho, meat was already cooked and seemed kind of old, like mushy and beginning to tear apart. I like to see my raw meats with hot soup to cook the meats. had dumplings in the combo I ordered. I must of missed that on the menu but I don't think dumplings have a place in a noodle dish. seems more of a way to entice the dish by adding more stuff. broth was bland I added 2 scoops of hot oil to no avail. I had a hard time trying to take the bowl down, not trying to waste money. had 2 pieces of tendon that were very hard. usually I like mine soft and with just the pressure of chopsticks I should be able to cut through the tendon. these were not that soft. in a way seemed like I was getting someone's left over from yesterday.. thats what was running through my mind the whole time. the pork belly banhmi smelled of raw pork. but soup that came with banhmi was good and hot, if that would have been the broth for pho it would have been much better. spring rolls were cut into sushi like rolls with sauce alrdy on them/ placed in sauce. some may like the sauce but I would have prefer to dip as needed, and because they were cut into sushi like rolls it dried out the rice paper making it hard. saw the place from a tictok review.. they obviously don't know what they are reviewing. I traveled over 45 mins away. this is in a predominantly Russian/, Mexican, and White part of town. maybe they have different taste buds, but it didn't hit the spot for me. the resturante seemed very upscale to have such limited resources as disposable chop sticks and only 2 napkins for table of 2. sadly, even if I was in the area I would opt out. they do have food presentation down.
