Quality is all reliant on staffing. Unfortunately, Pieology closed my favorite location at Howe & Fair Oaks, but the staff from that location moved to the Rancho Cordova location. So I'm happy I can still get delicious Pieology pizza there from friendly staff.
Food was great, however it was very cold. We asked for the heat to be turned off but they said they couldn’t do that. Besides that the food was amazing. Everything was fresh, and made in their fire oven and came out very crispy. Would definitely recommend.
Ordered a sausage and meatball pizza , very delicious, crunchy crust , great tasting sauce and alot of cheese . it was cold weather outside but nice and warm on the inside , will be back again
