So far I've not necessarily had a bad food experience here, apart from the biscuits being hard and dry thus inedible. But this location is painfully slow. The problem is that a key part of "fast food" is the fast part. I ended up taking a late lunch and wasted 20 minutes of it sitting in the drive through line. Once able I watched as the car at the window continued to wait and wait. At a certain point I had to leave the line. I ended up at the near by McDonalds, which while fast provides less than good food since the size of the chicken in their sandwich is very small for the price you pay.
The previous time I was here I was with my mom. We watched as someone leave our completed order on the back counter and just stand there.
I rarely leave comments on google reviews, but the slowness here is seeming endemic to the location. I suppose I cannot rely upon this place for a quick lunch.
EDIT: I just want to add that I'd like to recommend the Chipotle in that same parking lot. Each time I've been there in the short time it's been open the staff have been friendly and helpful, the portion sizes are good, and the food is tasty and cooked properly. Additionally, the service time was excellent.

This place is ridiculously slow, and the service is horrible. Even though we dined inside, they gave us the food inside bags and they take their sweet time. The employees there have no idea what they're doing. This is the slowest restaurant ever. Even comparing to fine dining restaurants!
I can't believe the management is as bad as this. And I cannot believe that the franchise is allowing such messy situation.

Chicken was very good, service was un-attentive (nobody looked at me) and I had pre ordered, my bag was sitting on the counter. You can do better. Look up every once in a while and ask the question... what can I help you with!

I went in the drive through at 9:15pm and waited 35 minutes just to get my order(got my order at 9:50pm).
I ordered the 16 piece box. Tell me why 8 of the “16 pieces” were two inch wings? I got a SINGLE piece of breast. I called to solve my issue the next day morning, but they were unhelpful, and asked for a lot of evidence for my case.

Long Rant Version: I've never written such a bad review before. I've waited for this to open since it's literally nearby... just to be like all the reviewers said. Food was not like the Popeyes I've had. Bland, tasteless, or too salty, just not good.
Moreover, the service SUCKS!!!! There were 3 people in front of us, one left because who knows how long she waited... the other customer finally got his order and just stomped and stormed out. We literally ordered online for pickup and was 5mins late for pickup. There's no other customers and they still ignored us... until 10mins later when we kept waving they finally came up and asked us what we wanted. We said we've been waiting to pick up our food. Told them and they grabbed our food but forgot our drink. So we told them that, and then the guy went to fill up the drink, which I have no idea why it took 5 mins... as he approached with the drinks halfway, a delivery guy came in and needed his signature. He walked back the half way he came from INSTEAD of walking the rest of the halfway to give us our drink so we can leave this dang place, and puts our drinks down to converse with the delieverer as he signs the papers. Like really?
I applaud the owner of this place, I applaud the hiring manager. I applaud this place and hope it sinks in business so fast that something else better comes along.

We were very excited that a new Popeyes opened up near our house, but the experience there was disappointing. Food was salty, one of the kiosks didn't work, and 5 of us had to eat out of the same side order containers because they did not have any plates or trays. It gave off the impression that dine-in was not allowed. The tables were not clean as well. I would not go back to this location until improvements are made.

Super gross, I went here 2 different times hoping for a better result the 2nd and I was still disappointed. I came right at 12:30 thinking it would be fresh chicken and not only was it insanely dry and hard to eat but the customer service sucks. The biscuit was like a hockey puck and I couldn't believe I paid 20 bucks for chicken that sat out. The fries are probably the most reliable thing to order since they were both super hot when I got them. Cane's over Popeyes all day. Sorry
