I ordered a chicken sandwich from this location. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive-thru, I received a sandwich with uncooked chicken that was raw in the middle. It was absolutely disgusting. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Celeste. After I explained that the chicken was raw, she hung up on me. I then went inside the store to speak with her face-to-face, but she never showed up. When I asked for the corporate number, the staff refused to give it to me. This location has horrible customer service and serves unsafe food. Please do not go to this Popeyes—they don’t care about their customers, and it’s a complete waste of money. I wish how ever is CEO this company take care of this issue there or I wish I could talk to her bigger boss. She was very unprofessional and zero customer service

I’m actually shocked by the bad reviews. This is my first time visiting this location. I barely go to fast food restaurants because I’m such a DoorDash girly. However, I stopped by today 8/28/25 at 9:02PM via drive thru. I didn’t know how to use the app and wanted to use the coupon, Adam took my order and advised me to find an option to generate a code. He was very nice and patient. I didn’t wait too long in the drive thru line, only two cars ahead of me. Mark took my payment and handed me my order. He was nice as well. I advised I wanted to leave a review because most people are rude about using coupons and would make you order through the app. He stated he didn’t take my order and that Adam did. I appreciate his honesty. Overall, my visit today was a 10/10 and my food was fresh. Definitely keeps these two gentlemen on the schedule with their preferred shift because they have excellent customer service skills and a calm, friendly tone. Thanks!

Spent $34.00 0n 10 piece dinner asked if chicken was mixed with white meat was told yes. We open box to 2 legs and 8 thighs. We ordered red beans and rice We only got red beans.
Ordered at 945 and tenders was hard as a rock over cooked and old. Soda had no syrup, fries were stale and old. Asked for fresh food and apparently their kitchen is closed for the night.. though yall closed at 11???? So for the next hour and 15mins you’re gonna give out already cold stale food that’s been under a half ass heating lamp to people? Yea alright. When is Popeyes going out of business finally????

All chickens were not fresh. Cinnamon Apple pie was the only thing that came hot. We made two separate orders and both orders were missing sauces so we had to ask for those upfront. Place was clean but probably that’s because it’s a new place.

My family ordered from here last night and we got the usual mashed potatoes, chicken, macaroni, And my whole entire family got sick with diarrhea and we’re currently still going to the restroom. This is my second time since I moved over here to Rancho Cordova that we eat at this restaurant of sunrise, but for some reason last night was terrible and today it’s ongoing stomach pains and diarrhea. Not sure if you’re using old oil and just trying to get things done and cooked quick not sure if they’re being clean enough But something never got sick
