Best fast food chicken sandwich at the lowest price, imo. The service is not good, but it's the same for most fast food chains. I only order through the app and pick up the order, so it works for me.

The spicy fried chicken was tender and moist, but the chicken tenders were not so tender. The service was quick and polite. The drive thru has a height restriction and a tight U-turn.

Have not heard from anyone regarding my $50. Now, im reporting you to the BBB, DCA, FTC. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND WILL NOT RETURN IT OR GET IN TOUCH WITH ME. Ordered and paid for my food in the app..$49.00. go pick up my order and they tell me that they don't have my order. Given an eml to write to.guess what? They took my money...i will never go back there again.. thank you for getting back with me. I would like to know when can I expect my money back? I sent my son to get the order and your supposed to be replying to him...oh, I called Popeyes..spoke to the Mgr. She informed me that I have to write an email with my proof and I get my money back..but, I HAVE to spend it there..the chicken was overcooked and the rolls were hard.. no, just give me my money back.. yes, since my son was there I sent him $50 more to get some chicken..so, I spent $100 there. $50 you took, and $50 for a takeout order..
I enjoy grabbing a 3 piece chicken strip meal from Popeyes because the chicken is moist inside and crispy on the outside and the sides are decent. I tend to get mac & cheese and coleslaw. The line isnt long and before you finish listening to 1 song you are at the window!

I don’t know why I torture myself, in the hopes that this day would be the Popeyes of old with great fresh chicken and great service. I visited once at night, a couple of hours before closing and the bins were full of chicken…..this made me wonder if they just save it for the next day to sell because there’s been times when the chicken is so dry and over cooked, this had to be the excuse. Just went again and my order was the only kiosk on the screen. Waited a few minutes and two inline orders popped up after mine. The owners of those on line orders came in shortly after that and their orders were ready and my order was still being prepared. Just a 2 piece signature chicken order, nothing special….finally after a few more minutes, my order was ready..I had to remind the person that I had ordered sweet tea.. went home, opened the box and was not happy with the over cooked dry chicken, even the biscuit was over done and hard. Not sure how long the mashed potatoes sat, they’re prepackaged. Anyway, it solidified my decision to never eat at Popeyes again……..Done!

Spent a pretty penny here the other day, and the food was not acceptable. Let the manager on duty Michelle know, large white woman, and she just shrugged her shoulders, and said there was nothing she could do. We asked for a re make, and we’re denied even thought the food was cold and hard. She was scowling and rude from the beginning.

We placed a huge order on the app, and the store never received it. The manager on duty Michelle (if that’s even her real name), big white lady, acted like it was 100% not her problem, and would absolutely not help. Another young lady who should of been the manager was trying to help us, and Michelle kept repeating like a broken record we don’t have the order even after showing the order on the app, and taken from my bank account. Michelle has 0 personality, 0 people skills, and should not be making over $20 an hour. We ended up having to pay for the order again, and wait for a refund. No free side or anything for the inconvenience. I will be escalating this further.

I went to this restaurant around 7:20pm and put in an order on the self order screen. When trying to pay in cash cuz that's all I had I was refused service because the lady told me that she was going on lunch and that another employee was on lunch so they weren't going to be able to help until 8pm because that's when they would return from their lunch break. So I wasn't able to receive my order due to employee refusing me service because supposedly no employees were available

Their chicken pieces keep getting smaller and smaller. Come on… higher prices and less product. Who wants that? Any one remember Long John Silver? They kept making meals with less fish and more breading until all you got was a tiny piece of fish heavy in batter. Which is why I think LJS are not around anymore.
Parking: Also by forcing you to order at one of the computer stations, Popeyes has done away with the ability to ask for special or modified orders. Thus less customer friendly.

This is the worse location I've been to they need help they need more training I waited a hour for 2 fish sandwich and it wasn't even fresh wen I got it never will be back to this location
