Horrible the lady was very rude. My food was cold. She gave me the wrong order. It’s just not a good establishment. They’ve changed over months and my food has been horrible. I went to the establishment multiple times with horrible customer service representative. I have left and I have not returned. Do not want anybody mad or feeling some type of way over my food. It should be handled carefully and properly and made with love.

The Worst place and location in Sacramento area. I ordered 2 meals. They made me wait 20 minutes. The most rude and unresponsive stuff with no respect. I chose souse when I ordered meal. But after everything they tried charging me separately.

I walked in and ordered 12 pcs family meals in there online kiosk, there was no line and I waited for almost 30 mins to get my order. Very, very poor service! I would not recommend this location.

Hands down the best Popeyes around. The drive-thru is the only way to go if you want your food fast — the line moves quick and they've got the process dialed in. We've been here countless times and have never had a single order messed up, which is honestly impressive. Compared to Chick-fil-A, this location is years ahead when it comes to order accuracy. Consistent, fast, and reliable every visit. Highly recommend!

The food has good days but bad days as well. Mac n cheese always on point tho. Portion sizes for the 6.99 meal are like lunch sized which is pretty okay.

MICHELLE HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE , every other employee there is rude and they always speak in Spanish which makes others feel uncomfortable , and I think that is not OK just my opinion .

This is hands down the worst Popeyes location to ever exist. They never make your order right and you’re always stuck waiting years for your food. This location has been terrible for years, every single time I go back to give it another chance i’m reminded why I stopped going.

I suggest you go elsewhere.The staff was juvenile.Not good service.The food did not taste right.And the outside was flanked with homeless people.The dining room was filthy.
