I would visit more often if they could understand and communicate my order. I appreciate English as second language speakers and travel a bit, but they often have difficulty completing my order correctly. I will find a different place that doesn't serve dry or burned food.

Not great. The line for the drive thru was pretty long, but moved very quickly. I ordered the nuggets and was given the wrong sauces. By the time I got home (I live 2 minutes away) the food was completely cold; far colder than it should have been if they had given me warm food at the window. The nuggets had clearly been sitting out for a while, but flavor-wise they weren’t bad.

There is no enthusiasm at this restaurant. All of the staff look oppressed, unhappy and unmotivated. The Mexican Manager who appears to speak very little English has a mean face and mean and unfriendly attitude.I only go to this location out of urgent convenience. There is no positive effort put into physical or food appearance, therfore the taste of the food is not very satisfying.

OK food, as per standard of franchise, there's better but could be worse.Terrible service and not well managed at all.Today I was picking up an order. I waited patiently by the cashiers, under a sign that says online order / pickups, for the workers to acknowledge me. They did not. After a good 5 minutes I asked them whether they had any online orders ready to pickup, and said my name. The server did not say anything, she just picked up my order (which had been sitting there all the time I was there) and dropped it on the table in front of me in a rude way.I waited at a respectful distance for quite some time; I was polite when asking; and this is how you get treated? With contempt?I will never again order at this location.
Ordered the $10box the girl told me it would be 15 min. I told her I'd wait after 30 min I went to the counter and told the girl she checked and yes they gave my order to someone eles didn't get her name but she took care of me but getting home the pies were not there .not her falt looking around I dont think they had enough staff look Popeyes your maling big bucks step up and do tbe right thing no wonder you can't keep people working

It was one of those days when I just had a craving for one of Popeyes spicy chicken sandwiches and as usual it did not disappoint. There is starting to be a lot of different chicken places out there now, but Popeyes continues to be right there with the best of them. Not only is their chicken sandwich pretty damn good, so is the regular chicken, fried shrimp, biscuits, fries and pretty much most things on the menu.
