While the location is nice and convenient, the wait time is not. I placed an online around around 5 to pick up at 5:45. Went to pick up at 5:45 and was told it would be another 10-15 minutes. No apology or anything. Just that I would have to wait.

Called in order specifically asked location was told correct placed order was told 45 to 50 minutes got a call 15 to 20 minutes later that pizza was coming out of oven at wrong address both places were very nice and accommodating the call center is horrible
Ordered online got there sign in the window saying closed for remodeling and still charged me 42 bucks and received one phone call that I missed call3d back lady said she would refund my money and I'm still waiting it's been three weeks if u know I didn't get my pizza why wouldn't u automatically refund my money no questions asked and no return calls from the Gm I'm pissed

i ordered online for the first time ever, and i ordered to 4011 sunrise blvd, on arriving at 2234 sunrise location i found out the store i ordered to didn’t have a number and wasn’t even open yet! the lady at 2234 location was super sweet and understanding and i was not the first customer this happened to in less than 24 hours. no way for them to refund my original order because the store doesn’t even exist. not sure why i was able to order online to a store that’s not open yet, but this location helped me anyway!

I recently moved to Gold River and decided to try out the Round Table Pizza branch here. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back. I ordered a large Double Play pepperoni pizza, but what I received was a thin crust with sparse pepperoni—it felt more like a regular thin crust pepperoni pizza. To top it off, I requested one or two ranch dressings and was surprised to find an additional $2 charge for them. I hope to find another branch with higher quality standards nearby.

I ordered and paid on round table app. Pizza never delivered. After waiting 2 hours, I called the store. Round table layer off mist staff and closed their delivery service. Since I paid using their app, they do mot have the ability to refund my money. They stole money fro. Me! There needs to be a class action lawsuit against round table pizza!!!
Air conditioning must be broke. Felt steamy and next time I'll get my food to go. Paper straws suck!

Ordered a pizza two weeks ago and because of the layoff of all the delivery drivers I was told they could not deliver to me I would have to wait for a refund from corporate. It’s been 2 1/2 weeks and I still haven’t received my refund. Keep in mind this is a corporate issue not a store issue. I’ve been dealing with the manager, Amanda. I honestly believe she’s doing everything in her power to help the situation but it’s out of her hands. I’m just putting this review up so everybody knows this is a corporate issue, not a store issue. Really you can blame the freaking Democrats and Gavin Newson. For now, I’m out 50 bucks.

Round table usually has the best pizza and it’s the one we always choose when we’re having pizza night. however, on March 25 I bought an extra large pepperoni and olive pizza on original crust and there was piece of clear plastic baked into the crust. I contacted the store right away. They offered to make a new pizza, but why would I want another pizza from an establishment that was so careless they baked plastic into the crust? I asked for a refund and to speak to a manager. I was told that refunds have to go through corporate and that I would have to wait to speak to a manager to even get that ball rolling. I left my information on the phone and then never heard back from anybody. I wrote to roundtable right away to let them know what happened and still didn’t hear back from anyone. I called another two times and was told that the manager would have to be there. I stopped by the restaurant in person and was told that the area manager would be there that week on a Thursday and I was given a card to call her. I called her on Thursday and she acted like she didn’t believe my story, she gave me the runaround and said that she had emailed me, which she did not. I asked her when a refund would be issued and she said corporate has to do it so it would take two weeks. Well, now it’s been a month and I still have not heard from anybody and I still have not been refunded. I have posted about this on my Instagram and my Facebook and everybody I know not to order pizza from that location. I’m gonna provide a picture of my pizza with a plastic sticking out of it so that you can see. The worst part of this is that I am the parent a kid with Neuro diverse eating habits, which means he has safe foods and unsafe foods that he can eat on a regular basis. pizza from round table was one of the only restaurant foods he would eat. When we told him to stop eating because his dad had found plastic in his food, he had a meltdown and he will never eat pizza again now. It makes it really difficult to figure out how to help a kid with anxiety like that when one of their food fears actually comes true. I am expecting a response to this just like I expected a response to my three phone calls and walk-in visit to the location.
My favorite Round Table! Alanna and Scott really took care of us. I was a solo parent with 3 kids and they went above and beyond to take care of my family! This is my #1 RT!

Recommended dishes: Pepperoni Pizza Slice
Ordered pizza 20 minutes ahead of pick up. When I arrived pizza was ready. Smelled delicious. Unfortunately, their card reader would not read the chip on my card. She told me this is a problem that we have been having. Unfortunately I had to go across the street to mountain. Mike’s where their chip reader works perfectly. Sorry roundtable I really look forward to that pizza.
