Ordered online with delivery instructions: deliver to back door in carport. 45 min after delivery time and 2 phone calls asking where my pizza was i found a cold pizza on my front porch under a yellow sign saying make deliveries at back door!
Guy tried to not take blame saying it was their third party delivery fault. Then dont use them!
He left me on hold 5 min when i called thr first time and never came back! I had to call again. Roundtable is horrible! Will never order again! $32 for a small gluten free pizza delivered to wrong door with no email delivery notification where i might have had a chance to still eat it hot!

Why is everyone so incompetent?!?! The guy on phone originally repeated each item correctly then got size wrong and now actual pizza came out totally wrong! Tried to order veggie with artichoke thst normally with white sauce. Said they could do with red. Came out as chicken with some veg on white? sauce. Doesn,'t seem red. Sucks. And RT is NOT CHEAP! EXPENSIVE MISTAKE. Sick of this world.

Worst customer service. Felt compelled to leave the review - I had accidentally ordered to the wrong location (there are two round tables on sunrise). The first person I spoke to on the phone Alex, was rude and very short with me on the phone about their store policy. I called back and asked - do I really need to drive 30 minutes to pickup this food? It can’t be cancelled? And got some mixed information about when they are allowed to refund or not. Gary was also rude, tried to actually talk back to me with a condocending tone… to a customer?! … no wonder it was empty inside with 3 employees standing around talking about me when I walked in. I’ll never give them business again. Byeeeeee

Round Table Pizza never disappoints with their food—the pizza was absolutely amazing—but what really stood out this time was the customer service. The manager, I believe her name was Mashawn, provided the best service I have ever received from any restaurant chain.
At first, I thought something went wrong with my order and that a slice of pizza was missing before it was delivered. I later checked my home security cameras and realized it was actually my mom sneaking a slice without me noticing (thanks, Mom! 😂). Even though the mix-up was on my end, Mashawn went above and beyond to make things right.
Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication to customer satisfaction left a lasting impression. Because of her, Round Table Pizza has earned a loyal customer for life. Please give her a pat on the back and some well-deserved kudos for making this organization shine. She is truly amazing!

Well it doesn't all reflect on RT, It's how I ended up there, because the Google maps search was for straw hat if I remember correctly. It seems there were a couple parlors but not where I thought I was going. I'm over sixty and navagation errors are probably mainly my fault. It seems like a lot of times navagation keeps giving me directions without an easy way to tell, if we're still on the same page, so to say. But that aside five stars would have been awarded to RT as I do love their product, but wrong easy to get me there as was trying to impress my girlfriend, it was hot out, I couldn't believe for all the time effort and money spent on unreliable data. The whole incident got me back on my meds
