I like shopping here, but am not a fan of one of the cashiers. They constantly exit out of my Safeway account and if I don't watch them I'm paying full price. They also dump my basket full of my groceries roughly on the belt. I've had bread and eggs in there

I have been shopping at this Safeway location over 15 years. I don’t normally complain but the personel are rude. Especially the Deli department. I ask for Boar Head hard salami and she rudely said we have 3 kinds of of that salami with an attitude. I have never been asked that at any of the Safeway’s. Then she gave me already pre-cut slices of salami other then the one I wanted. I don’t buy pre-cut expensive deli meat. I will not shop here again, there are plenty of others stores to shop at. RM

After done shopping I ask to use the restroom. They guy won’t give me the number combinations. He came and entered the number combinations himself. Hope washed his hands after touching the keypads.
Why he refused to give me the number combinations ? That’s very rude. ??

I'm so grateful for the compassionate care from the security and pharmacy staff at the Rancho Cordova Safeway. They were completely caring and professional while I was traveling from out of town and they helped me avoid a potentially severe problem with my medication.

Cashier Rosie L is too lazy to due her job and needs training, we had to go to the customer service to get a discount on our meat even though we told her that the discount wasn't what was showing on her register. Once we did the math we took it to customer service and they fixed the issue and got back $18.61 back. So make sure to check your receipt and due the math.
