Went to the one on Matherfield Rd. The managers were great and pleasant. They make the bread fresh. My wife and I got the Tri-tip Sandwich (Thursday special) on Dutch Crunch bread and were very happy we will certainly be back!!

Lots of delicious sub and salad offerings. The menu almost overwhelmed a bit. The sandwich builders were patient and suggested which choices were most popular. Bread and other ingredients were very fresh. Window signs mentioned tri tip, but that's only offered Thursday.

The #2 turkey sandwich was really good. I will be back to try other sandwiches on the menu.

I paid nearly $15 dollars for a tuna sandwich on sliced wheat bread. The tuna was just so so, however the bread was COMPLETELY stale- so much that it made a noise when tapping on it- gross. Disappointed, I called and asked to speak with a manager. Sam answered the phone, and then said he was a manager and asked how can I help you. When I explained the stale bread, he responded by saying "yeah, that's the way the sliced bread is because we keep it in the refrigerator. There is nothing we can do about that." When I asked really? (thinking he would at least say they would check their bread or make an effort to NOT use stale bread), he said "I can make you another one". Now that I am back at work sitting in my office, it's not worth it. Totally unimpressed with the food and the service- even though I tipped them nearly 20% for an overpriced, stale sandwich. I agree with J- go to Subway instead.
I had turkey w/ cream cheese, Mayo & cranberry, on sliced sour doughThe bread was very dry. The Ordor was for out, there were no Napkins in the bag.

Fast, friendly and delicious. 10/10
Customer service was outstanding. However I ordered the tri tip sandwich...and YUCK. The meat was full of fat and it was slow cooked. Tri tip is supposed to be tender...not mushy. Wish I could get my $13 back
