Went to the one on Matherfield Rd. The managers were great and pleasant. They make the bread fresh. My wife and I got the Tri-tip Sandwich (Thursday special) on Dutch Crunch bread and were very happy we will certainly be back!!

I got the Excalibur on Dutch crunch. It was so good. I want to try it on a different bread. Plus the chocolate chip cookie?!?!? Perfect

Very very happy with this location. To start the restaurant and the menu is around Vegas! And the the sandwiches are all named after Vegas resorts! My favorite sandwiches are the number 16 the palms and the Excalibur. The palms on Dutch crunk or the sweet roll is turkey cream cheese all the veggies and bomb sauce and avocado. I added the ghost pepper cheese to it and jalapeños " OMGOSH " delicious! Same for the Excalibur! Dutch bread or sweet roll - Only it had the cranberry sauce and cream cheese- no avocado and no bomb sauce but added the ghost pepper cheese to it " again delicious " Their chocolate chip cookies are fantastic and the best cookie I have ever had beside spunkmyher ? I hope I spelled that correctly? But over all the place is fast!!! With preparations and fresh ingredients, and their food is very very good. Best sandwich spot in town.

Lots of delicious sub and salad offerings. The menu almost overwhelmed a bit. The sandwich builders were patient and suggested which choices were most popular. Bread and other ingredients were very fresh. Window signs mentioned tri tip, but that's only offered Thursday.

There are other sandwich spots, but we have found this one is the best. Our sandwiches are always fresh, we always have great service from the people behind the counter. It's a small shop but it's amazing. I would recommend this sandwich shop over any other.

" Heck yeah I would refer this spot!! " Super cute spot and all their sandwiches are named after Vegas casinos and Hotels. I highly recommend the #16 the Palms Delicious, reasonably priced and a tasty bang for your buck! I sincerely recommend getting the Ghost pepper cheese added to you sandwich if you are a spicy person like myself! It's literally the best. There are other Sandwich Spots In the 916 area, but this location has the same menu as the others and they don't jack up their prices like the others do!! Very reasonable for the amount of deliciousness your getting. Great ingredients- baked bread options - and fresh daily baked bomb ass cookies!!! The chocolate chip is just about pure perfection. Definitely recommend stopping here

I paid nearly $15 dollars for a tuna sandwich on sliced wheat bread. The tuna was just so so, however the bread was COMPLETELY stale- so much that it made a noise when tapping on it- gross. Disappointed, I called and asked to speak with a manager. Sam answered the phone, and then said he was a manager and asked how can I help you. When I explained the stale bread, he responded by saying "yeah, that's the way the sliced bread is because we keep it in the refrigerator. There is nothing we can do about that." When I asked really? (thinking he would at least say they would check their bread or make an effort to NOT use stale bread), he said "I can make you another one". Now that I am back at work sitting in my office, it's not worth it. Totally unimpressed with the food and the service- even though I tipped them nearly 20% for an overpriced, stale sandwich. I agree with J- go to Subway instead.

Customer service was outstanding. However I ordered the tri tip sandwich...and YUCK. The meat was full of fat and it was slow cooked. Tri tip is supposed to be tender...not mushy. Wish I could get my $13 back
