My search is officially Over!! It's been way too long since I was able to dine at a Korean restaurant since moving here from The Bay Area and finding a place I can feel the sweet ol home cooking taste buds again! A friend of mine introduced this sweet amazing scrumptious delicious place because this is also her favorite Korean restaurant as well! We met here for lunch. Super easy to find right off the freeway and plenty of parking right in front with ample space for all! Of course I had to order my all time favorite comfort food..... Bi Bim Bap! The ingredients were tasty and I deeply appreciated the traditional style Bi Bim Bap with the traditional vegetables and ingredients. The Ban Chan here is also plenty and just as yummy with refills when asked. We came at a busy time during lunch about 12:30pm however our order arrived so quickly! My friend ordered the tofu steam pot soup which looked super yummy! She gave me a bit to share and was super scrumptious as well. The eye pleasing effect is just as important as the taste buds enjoyment and this place has both! I also appreciated the friendly and welcome service as well! My only wish is that a second location open up at Folsom or El Dorado Hills so that I can dine more often!

Soondubu Jjigae (soft tofu soup) had us coming here but the Bossam won us over! The six of us came to this busy, popular restaurant. Half of us were seated immediately to a table and luckily, the table next to us opened and was able to snag it for the rest of our party. We ordered, Galbi, Soondubu Jjigae, Chicken fried rice, JapChae, spicy ramen, and Bossam. It was my first time trying Bossam, the plate was HUGE! Generous pieces of pork belly, with pickled Napa cabbage, Daikon kimchi, sliced garlic and jalapeno. Take the piece of pork, place it in the cabbage leaf, top with kimchi, sliced garlic, jalapeno and dollop of bean paste. Wrap it up and eat! So good! The Banchan here was ok, it was small considering how many items we ordered and our party size. Our server was on top of things considering how busy she was. Glad we came and gave Seoulzip a try!

This is my favorite restaurant in Rancho Cordova. The service is always excellent and the food is incredible. It has a homey feel. We are here on Christmas and it was delightful.

Good Korean food. Service reminds me of being in Korea. Have been here twice and enjoyed both visits.

Aside from their great tasting food, the restaurant is so clean as well as the bathroom. Also, the people working there are really nice. One lady welcomed us right away as soon as we entered the place. Will be back again to try one of their popular one which is the pork cutlet.

Love their beef leek soup. They also gave many plates of banchan which is always a plus.

I come here for lunch almost every other day and it's already been a year or two, and thought it was about damn time I wrote a review. I always get the chicken korean ramen or chicken kalguksu (knife cut noodles), or beef tofu soup or oxbone soup (must self season this one). You also have options to add cheese, or different kinds of meats and veggies to the soup. I have also ordered bossam here, korean friend chicken here (FIRE af), as well as seafood pancake and bibimbap (good). Though all delicious, some dishes stand out more than others. Especially their soups (I am a huge fan of Sarangbang, but their hours and location do not work often for me. This place however, is a very close contender) Their food tastes like Korean home cooking to me. Not only is it homey tasting and homey feeling, the soup is always piping hot. This is an absolute requirement MUST for me because heat/temperature to me, it gives another dimension to soups, and if it doesn't almost burn my tongue it is not hot enough for me. The side dishes are plentiful, good quality and delicious. (Like their fishcake is not hard and dry, kimchee is the good type of kimchee with quality chunks of cabbage and thick layering of kimchee sauce, potato is soft, my favorite is the crushed tofu with broccoli and kimchee bean sprouts, so much variety) it is consistent every time I have come so far I love the abundant choices of different kinds of soup and noodles. I can literally have soup and noodles every single day for every single meal and I always find myself driving over here on my lunch. The prices are really not that bad either for the main meal plus side dishes. Service is prompt and friendly, they always refill my water or side dishes, and allow me to pay first before eating when I ask. They recognize me now and have been friendly to me every time. Love this place, have been gate keeping it for awhile, but would like to give them their flowers.

Came across this place after a run to KP International and boy was it a great find! The staff and service was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean, music was on point, and just the overall ambiance was great. The food!!! Oh the food!! Amazing! We had the ox bone soup, bulgogui, and japchea. Everything was so delicious and fresh. You can clearly tell their ingredients were quality and the love they put into their food was evident. This will surely by our go to spot whenever we are in the area!

Heads up this review is based off of their soft launch. This is by no means a current day review. Will definitely need to come back and try something else based off of current reviews. However during their soft launch what I got from my order did not justify the price. The oxtail soup tasted like literally nothing. I added a whole bowl of gochu jang and that still didn't add any sort of flavor. Hopefully it's better now. Only nice thing I can say from its early opening is that the sides were good..

Great food, bonchon refills, good service. No fuss spot our local friends visit often and I can see why. Can get a bit pricey depending on what you order.

Meh, as in meh-diocre. Service was good and attentive. Clean establishment. You can tell if korean food is gonna be good based on the banchans. If the kimchee is good, chances are that the rest of the dishes would be too. That was true for seoulzip, the kimchee was bland and too wilted. The seafood pancake was alright but a little too dense. The fried boneless chicken had way too much batter. It was actually hard to tell if there was any chicken in it. It almost felt like it was mass produced and fried straight from the freezer. It was overly sauced as well. Normally, I'd still consume the food so as not to be wasteful, but this dish was not worth the calories. The highlight of what we ate was the broth of the seafood ramyeon. That was tasty, but the noodles seemed like the instant noodle variety. Definitely not worth the money.
