Aiko Sushi is one of my favorite Japanese restaurants in Ranch Cordova. The Sashimi and rolls are delicious, and the bento boxes are yummy and generous.
The employees at Aiko Sushi work hard to ensure that you enjoy the food and their service. The dining room is big, and I like the distance between the tables. The parking lot is clean and safe.
Parking: Easy parking! Many parking spaces are available when I'm there.

The best sushi I have had in years. Tried probably 30 places over the years in Sacramento and most places went downhill. Aiko is solid and consistent.
You won't find better service anywhere and the prices are very fair for the quality. The fish is always super fresh. They do happy hour all day on Tuesdays and Sundays, which is nice. Great drink options and rolls on the happy hour menu.
Friendly staff, awesome food and good vibes. I usually don't do reviews, but I feel this place deserves some praise.

Aiko Sushi has become our favorite sushi spot! The atmosphere is always inviting, and the staff is friendly and attentive. We’ve tried a good number of their sushi rolls, and we keep coming back for our favorites: the Lemon Drop, Playmate, Kamikaze, and Let Me Take a Selfie. Each roll is bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. We cannot recommend this place enough!

Decent prices, but the roll seemed smaller than most places(got 2 and easily finished them vs most places I've been and barely finish 2). The teriyaki chicken was fatty.. but overall the food and experience was ok, recommend seeing for yourself. Miso was good.

Service was top notch and the sushi was the absolute best we have had in years!! Prices are reasonable too! My husband tipped the waiter and the sushi chef because it was just that good! Delicate flavors that bring joy with each bite!
Hands down the best sushi place around. We drive an hour to eat here on a regular basis. The sushi always tastes so fresh, service is always great, and everyone is friendly. It’s definitely worth the trip.

Meh. Clean and well-prepared food, but ALL the rolls are avocado, tempura shrimp, creamy-something, cilantro with little variation. The house sake was served much hotter than atsuka, and their "top shelf" was Kurosawa. Maybe fun for the Safeway sushi crowd but not for me.
