I just order udon seafood noodle. There is no seafood in it. Just 3 peices of small shrimp. Worst customer service by the manager and the girl answering the phone. I come here once a week and will be taking my business

Alright so I’m a big tipper, but I don’t leave a tip until after I get my food and after I see the service. I walk in and get greeted with a smile. I smacked no tip on the total screen because like I said I tip cash. The lady was rude, offered a water to another customer who I assume either tipped or she’s just flat out racist. Either way this was very upsetting and I won’t come back again.

Alright sushi, I don't eat imitation crab and I specifically picked out an item that didn't have it but when my order came out I could see it was filled with the fake crab salad. They remade my order without it but I could tell the manager/owner was upset about it. That shouldn't be an issue for a quality sushi stop. If you order a side of rice they will skimp you on that as well here's a picture for what I received. Least y'all could do is fill up a side order box of rice. Their main restaurant is the same, take the time to drive a bit further and get better quality/service.

There prices for the quality of food are outrageous! I payed 60 bucks for undercooked and under seasoned garlic edamame, almost no sauce or flavor on the pepper fin, and the wings and shrimp tempura are pretty hard to screw up so they weren’t terrible. But 4 tiny pieces of tempura and 4 wings is a serving nowadays? Would not recommend. I wouldve asked for my money back but they closed 20 mins early. 840 is there new close time not 9 like there sign says! Haha what a joke.
Food is good. Tempura is hot, batter is light & crispy. Salmon & chicken teriyaki are good but not grilled with the teriyaki sauce it's added as a sauce. Sushi is tasty & fresh.

We haven't ordered from Soho Sushi in a while, but decided to order takeout yesterday. We ordered Sunomo Salad, Crunch Dragon Roll, Moon Roll, and Baked Salmon Roll. I will have to say that the quality has gone downhill. The shrimp tempura in the Crunch Dragon and Moon Rolls were cold, soggy, and tasted old. It was quite disappointing. The Sunomo Salad and Baked Salmon Roll were good though. For $55 dollars, I think I'll take my business elsewhere next time.

My family and I were in the area looking for a new home. We decided to try Soho Sushi Express for lunch. My 4 yo son is autistic and as soon as we went inside the restaurant, he was uneasy, cried, and wanted to leave. The setting was too stimulating for my son and I couldn't figure out why, so I asked the staff if it was okay to dine outside. Initially, they said no because it was against the policy. After two seconds, the two kind-hearted staff allowed us to dine on their patio. My heart was full of joy and I was so touched by how they handled the situation. Having a special needs son can be challenging at times, so it means so much to me when people are empathetic and supportive. My family had a great lunch and my son peacefully and happily ate his meal. Thank you, Soho for your kind and exceptional service. With the combination of great food and exceptional service, I would say Soho is one of the best restaurants I've been to. More power to and success to your business!P.S.To the 2 beautiful staff that helped us today, thank you, from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for making sure my family and I were okay. Thank you for checking on us multiple times. Thank you for making a mom feel that she is seen and cared for. You both are very special and know that I appreciate your kindness. Keep shining!

Stopped in at the end of a road trip for some sushi. First time in this establishment on a Monday at 2:30pm. The food was on point, the service was great and we had the whole place to ourselves. We were so hungry we ate quickly and didn't take any photos. We already have plans to return when we are driving thru the area again.

Visiting from out of town for nephew's graduation. Food was really good, Came in when it opened and was already greeted! Portion size was reasonable! The customer service excellent, kept checking up on us which is nice! The vibe of the place is very spacious and relaxing. Would definitely come back!
