Starbucks at Folsom and Dawes has friendly and professional staff, even at 5am. They are accommodating with substitutions and knowledgeable about the menu. The drive-thru experience was pleasant, although some pastries were out of stock. The drink was not very hot, but the service was good. Special mentions to baristas Allison, Taylin, and Amber for making excellent drinks. Newer partners could learn from their pleasant and well-mannered service.
