Kairi provided excellent customer service. In fact, everybody that was in there was extremely friendly. I must’ve gotten greeted at least five times! That is quality customer service. That will keep me coming back every time! Thank you so much everybody. There was a lady at the register, a young woman, and she hasn’t green bangs and she was so very sweet as well. I could give 10 stars instead of five. I would!

Why pay $10+ for a drink w/additional toppings or changes that costs extra, if they are left out far too often. I get if it happens once maybe even twice but 3x out of the last five visits is a little much! If I’m doing a mobile order than I obviously don’t have the time to point out the missing cold foam, the missing Caramel drizzle, etc. I then have to wait while the drink is taken back fixed and then I can go. I feel as if I’m the one holding up the already long lines as I wait for something so simple to be missed yet costs me an extra $1.75 to add.

My go to Starbucks. Staff is always friendly and has never made a mistake with my orders. I went today and was amazed that they were still working with all their systems down due to the crowdstrike issue impacting everyone. Just wanted to give a shoutout to their hard work!

Nothing but wonderful experiences! I order ahead online and they never fail to make my coffee as I like it and they make it fast so I am rarely waiting.
Vegetarian options: It's a coffee place. So vegetarian?? Not sure.
Very condescening staff who are upset at you if you tell them that a coffee drink was not made correctly. They even made me pull around to the front and go inside and wait for them to discuss and fix my simple 3 shots and some cream!

Was hoping to get some work done here, but a church group of over 20 people were having a full on sermon quoting the Bible and talking bout their evangelical god- really surprised Starbucks corporate is ok with evangelical sermons being proselytized inside their stores.
This location has some of the friendliest staff! Even at 5am. They are very professional and knowledgeable about the menu. They are very kind and accommodating to making different drinks with substitutions. Even at 5am! I very much appreciate the staff at the Folsom and Dawes Location.
Dietary restrictions: The staff is very helpful with figuring out what to sub for things I can't have.

Went through the drive-thru so really can't speak to the atmosphere. It was first thing in the morning at 6:00 a.m. when they opened on a Saturday. A lot of pastries out of stock which was disappointing. Drink was not very hot and not really made to the right measurements but because it was the drive-thru was hard to go back and have it remade. The young lady at the drive-thru window was very pleasant for being so early in the morning.

Something needs to change, wait times are extremely high, all this week I have waited over 14 minutes in drive thru for orders, I understand it happens one day but not every day. Drinks are not made the way it should it.
