Terrible experience in this location, the drink tasted terrible. I was splurging by buying a pricey coffee drink today and I was extremely disappointed by how unfriendly it was here.

I will never go to this Starbucks again. Used the drive through then went in to use the bathroom after throwing away my drink and they refused to let me use the bathroom. Claiming I wasn't a paying customer. I'm also disabled so it was a an actual emergency. Ended up having to guy a new pair of pants. I will seriously never get Starbucks again.

What a joke this Statbucks is. Have eaten here twice in six months, BOTH TIMES they have screwed up my order and taken 20+ minutes to get my food out. Go to the one on Zinfandel instead, their service is flawless.

I stoped by to gets some food at the Subway Across the Street and placed an online order for pick up. I walked to the entrance and it’s locked with a sign that says drive through only. There’s no way the doors should be closed to customers. I didn’t want to have to walk all the way to my car and go through the drive through so I walk up to the drive through window. I’m standing there for a good 5min and they were just starting at me like I was crazy or something. Finale a Female Employee opens the window and ask if I’m picking up an online order and I said yes. She had the nerve to tell me to use my car next time. That’s crazy. How is he going to tell me what to do. This the last time I spend my money here. There’s no reason the entrance should be closed during the day.

Dont come here to study if you dont have money. I went yesterday and today to do my school tests online and one of the baristas came up to me. He said that i was told the previous day that i couldn't stay without buying anything and was being told to leave. I had asked to use the bathroom yesterday, to which i was told i couldn't use without purchase and i said okay. So is me being told i cant use the bathroom without purchase also considered being told to leave? No, it's not. Unfriendly staff

I understand it was busy but there is no such system like first come first serve. After waiting for 45 minutes when ask for my coffee manager was rude and asked to wait. Never going back to this location.

Hi unfortunately I been there couple of times caramel macchiato was not good it was testing like water

Amber is amazing! Shes the ONLY reason why I continue to come to this starbucks. Everyone else that works here are idiots and can't ever complete my order correctly, but AMBER! She has amazing customer service AND MAKES COMING TO THIS PLACE BEARABLE. Thank you, Amber!

Came here at 7:50, it was already closed even though it closed at 8.

The workers here steal from customers and management is in on it.

It would be great if the homeless meth users would find other bathrooms to use…

But we got the state we voted for and police can only do what the law allows.
