Went through the drive-thru so really can't speak to the atmosphere. It was first thing in the morning at 6:00 a.m. when they opened on a Saturday. A lot of pastries out of stock which was disappointing. Drink was not very hot and not really made to the right measurements but because it was the drive-thru was hard to go back and have it remade. The young lady at the drive-thru window was very pleasant for being so early in the morning.

Something needs to change, wait times are extremely high, all this week I have waited over 14 minutes in drive thru for orders, I understand it happens one day but not every day. Drinks are not made the way it should it.

Allison or taylin or amber made my drink the best its ever been at this store and the drive thru barista was pleasant and well mannered. Those baristas should be training the newer partners

The worst café I've ever been in!!!! Disorganized and slow. The process of getting a cup of coffee with six staff took 10 mins. Never go back.

Took 20 minutes for three drinks and the drive thru was not even busy. Workers seemed like they are not interested in working there. Have no sense of urgency & are unapologetic. What a shame

This location is getting this rating because I'm often disappointed when going here, but I just HAD to write a review for the simple fact that when Amber is present, that is NEVER the case. When she isn't the one helping me, I've noticed that other employees are rude or super unprofessional, or just moving very sluggish, including leadership, to the point where if they messed my order up I wouldn't feel comfortable saying something because they've made it clear that customers are an inconvenience. However, if Amber is present, I can tell that she's genuinely happy to help me and always has a positive mindset. Personally as a GM, people like Amber really stand out because their work ethic truly shines. Shout out to her, she's seriously the best!!

At this point I'm just done with this location. My drink is constantly wrong. One of the leads is just RUDE AF. if you guys can't work under pressure or even read an order. Then this job isn't for you. ‍

So I've been going to Starbucks twice a day every day. I always give a tip. I gave a tip this morning, but when I went for lunch, I didn't feel like giving a tip for the first time I declined. So there I was, waiting five minutes psst, and all the walk-up patrons were being helped. My food only took 15 seconds to warm up. I was obviously being ignored because the one time I didn't give a tip, the batista decided to ignore me and all the vehicles waiting behind me. 8 minutes I told the batista just to refund my order that I hadn't received. Now only did she yell no at me and ignore my request she says my co-worker is making your food NOW. I will never go back to Starbucks again. The tips I pay out of my hard earned salary shouldn't be harassed and held ransom for food that is paid for and legally yours. Starbucks will be sued over this forced tipping. I'll be more than happy to get my money returned! BTW, Starbucks revenue s has already shown a large dip. I SAY EVERYONE WHO STILL WANTS STARBUCKS SHOULD REFUSE TO TIP AT ALL! If they don't like it, stop going. They're are mom and pops more deserving of your money @
