Today they got my order wrong. I ordered a matcha green tea with 2 pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup and they didn't put that in. I ordered a turkey bacon and cheddar breakfast sandwich without the bacon but they left the bacon on. Needless to say I didn't love my breakfast today 😔

If I could rate them less than a 1 star I would. The location has 2 people sitting inside. Completely empty other than the 2. Outside has our daughter with her tutor who purchased a coffee before we arrived. We were asked to leave. Unless we personally were purchasing coffee or something else. The employee who spoke to us was rather rude.
Disappointed to say the least.

I received some very odd rude service at this store this yesterday morning pulled up to the drive thru to place my order, the gal needed help with my order guess she didn’t understand what I was asking I was very nice so a guy asked me what my order was so I repeated it. Then he asked me can I ask you a question and I said yes, he proceeded to ask me “why I came to that location and not the other one I go to.” I responded “I’m sorry why is this a question.” How do you know me or even what locations I frequent AND why is this even a question. It was very uncomfortable for me and very odd. I really don’t think I will be going to this location ever again and will definitely spread the word it’s too bad because it’s convenient for me I go to 2 locations frequently depending where I’m going at that point now you’ve lost my business there and possibly others…shouldn’t make customers uncomfortable like that as if you are stalking them or making them feel like their business isn’t welcome there

I took off the stars for the atmosphere, because the entrance to the cafe was too dirty. It's a pity to see this in such a good coffee shop. At first I waited 5 minutes for my order to be accepted,
Then I waited 10 minutes for my latte and croissant. Drinks are delicious.

Got coffee for two people. Inside the seating is just about right it could be more. Coffee is excellent but if you order anything like banana nut bread with all Starbucks I mean all Starbucks the delivery time is way too slow

Emmanuel was very kind at the drive thru window today. We were waiting for my shaken espresso and we talked about weekend plans and virgos and pumpkin spice in the meantime (peppermint is the superior seasonal flavor). I think he's awesome and I hope y'all treat him well. :)

Staff are nice, and service is usually quite fast. Inside is clean and well kept, and the food is decent enough for a quick breakfast. Coffee has always been pretty good from this location.
