Did a mobile order and went inside to grab it. No one acknowledged I even walked inside and they were talking about highly inappropriate subjects for any business. It made it uncomfortable to get my coffee as it felt as though I was eavesdropping but they weren't quiet about what they were saying. Otherwise, it was okay. Coffee was okay, the espresso machine may need to be cleaned. Tasted a little burnt but can't always win lol

Ordered the same drink I always order and they gave me milk with a hint of coffee.... I started ordering it with an extra shot and it was exactly the same. I ordered a few times just to see if it was a one time mess up and it wasn't. Its very disappointing. Very nicely and one time, I asked for them to remake it since I ordered an extra shot and they gave me attitude saying the drink comes with one shot so it'll be milky. Do they even look at the order where it clearly states I asked for an extra shot? It's always the morning shift too. No other Starbucks I went to makes the drink this way and it's been my favorite for years.

TOW TRAP, DO NOT PARK HERE OR SUPPORT BUSINESS - the signage above the fire lanes saying they will tow unauthorized vehicles means ANY vehicle parked in ANY parking space (there is no signage on any of the parking spots in the lot). We were parked here for 3 hours for a CrossFit event across the street at the lake. The manager of the Starbucks said they typically check every 30 minutes to let the towing company know they can come tow. They had towed 2 cars right before we came and had papers on more. Here is a photo of a notice a manager had just placed on a vehicle. The signage is misleading and not at all reflective of its application to every spot in the lot. Seems like a slimy way to make money. Not all cars were towed either - many people had parked there for the event and looked like they only had some towed so it looked "ok" to park there. Wondering if Starbucks gets a cut of the huge $500 fee we were slapped with to pick up the car. Awful awful experience. We were going to eat and grab a drink here when getting our car, but obviously will not.

My drink was all ice and they hardly added coconut milk, which I pay extra for. Its saddening because I love Starbucks
After receiving my coffee I sat down at a bar/table. One of the staff members came and started unpacking a bunch of mugs onto the table I was sitting at. I couldn't believe the rudeness and unprofessionalism I was being subjected to. I was speechless. Maybe it was because I was the only African-American in there. I simply got up and left. I will never go back there again. I wish I could have taken my tip back.
