To make a long story short. I am taking my money to another location. Before today I never had any issues. The barista with black hair and piercings ruined it for me. Terrible customer service on her part. Don't ever tell any customer what their should taste like. You get big fat zero! These were made at the same location. Obviously not by the same barista. The one on the left is how I feel it should look like.

Customer service is terrible for walk in services. I walked in no one else in lobby other than myself in that moment took several minutes before any acknowledgement from the 5 employees there. Restrooms extremely dirty and its not even 8 a.m.

I just waited over 15 mins for coffee and the only person in the drive thru and no one inside. There were 3 employees just laughing inside and not making any drinks or coming to the window. Made me late for my own job. This location is horrible. AM staff takes advantage of not having any management there 430 in the morning.

Water us no longer available for free or for purchase. Its a New policy but there is the explanation or proof of this. They tried to sell me baked goods, instead of a water.

I’ve given this Starbucks location multiple chances, but every single time I’ve gone, the drinks have been incredibly watered down. Whether it’s a latte, macchiato, or even a simple iced chai, they all end up tasting like plain milk with barely a hint of chai or flavor. It’s really disappointing, especially when you’re paying premium prices. I don’t know if it’s how they’re making the drinks or if it’s a consistency issue, but something needs to change. Definitely not the quality I expect from Starbucks.
