It's always a hit and miss at this location sometimes it's good sometimes not so much. Today purchased a drink and there was a slice in the cup spilled everywhere. I'm seeing all the response to contact the website but I did that already and they give you a 1-800# and I'm not doing that. This is like the 3rd time I've gotten drinks that had faulty lids or cuts in the mouth part that cut our lips when taking a drink at this location now this.

Stores in the area open at 5:30AM however the stores are never quite ready. The doors are still locked and I just get stared at. I even waited until 5:42 but the doors remained locked as they continued preparing. This was inconvenient as I came here because they are supposed to be open and serving by now. I ended up leaving without being to even step inside the store. I want to be clear that when I visit later in the morning the staff and service is good but the morning crew either needs to get in earlier or request a later open.
One Barista in particular has always been slow and hard to watch when the location is busy and people are trying to get their drinks and go. Her energy and body language and speed clearly shows she does not want to be there. I wouldn't be surprised if the location was busy because the fact she is so slow and angry. It's a shame this is my local walk up. Ironically she is the only one in the store without a name tag so you are unable to file an official report.

App said drink was ready, but had to wait 15 minutes extra when the drink was actually ready. They also mixed (I mean they stirred it in) in my salted foam into the cold brew, which was weird since other stores didn’t do this and it definitely tasted bad. Not coming back to this Starbucks again.

Parking: A free community parking lot, meaning it's for more than one place. Plenty of parking.

This review is specific to service and pre-order - find blown away that there are currently six people behind the counter and not a word of communication between them.They seem to be late on orders this morning and even with a call heads up both yesterday and 15 minutes before arriving, they still did not have a single coffee carrier order - The reason this is frustrating is that on the phone I was promised it would be ready and that it was done and ready to go.On top of that, the quoted price magically went up overnight, every time I think I don't need to take down a customer rep's name, that's when I'm burned. Wish I need a name so I could at least point out who made the promise and who fell through.At least it's an opportunity to teach my kiddo who was with me, when you make a promise you keep a promise, it's your reputation at stake.

The place was clean and nice, but I had the worst experience with the barista "Jo". In the morning I walked in with a bag of unopened ,unexpired Starbucks coffee bean ,I asked Jo to help me grind it she told me she is not sure if she can do it because I did not buy it from their store and she doesn't want to risk it. Come on It is just a bag of coffee bean ,it is not hazmat!! She told me to go to a different Starbucks store to get it grinded. I was confused at the moment. She also told me that she has been work there for ten years and they just changed the policy, but she doesn't get the update for the new policy... I do feel bad for her when she told me that the store change policy every week, I also feel bad for the company when a ten-year employee doesn't know what their policy is.... I would not go back to a store like that no more....
