The staff is too discusting, we are waiting from 30 min. , and when m going on front door, me and my friends stand outside, but they don’t open the door and ignore us. When we try to order on drive thru, they also don’t give ans. What the hell, what type of this service. Cheap , discusting.

Very bad service we are waiting from past 5 o’clock when it is open and it’s right now 5:30. They are not responding us. We are also going drive true as well as in front door. They are ignoring us and that’s very bad thing to the Starbucks. They hire that type of staff. I really appreciate that people who are waiting with me. 🥲

This has happened every time I have ordered a hot white mocha. They do not add the espresso. I literally end up drinking warm milk with whipped cream. At first I thought it was a mistake but after ordering one yesterday (I will not order again) they seem to not realize it is supposed to have espresso. and it is different people making the drink. Or am I missing something and I am supposed to remind them?

So the response was for me to click a link to share this information with the staff. I am not their manager nor the owner not even a employee so here is a thought...you inform your staff and teach them how to make the drinks properly. I won't be to your Starbucks again.

This morning I went in for a latte. As a barista of 10 years, and a previous Starbucks employee, I usually don’t have the highest hopes for any coffee shop I go to. Sabrina at this Starbucks has made me the best latte I have ever had in my entire life. I don’t know what she’s done to it, but it’s fantastic. Thanks girl <3

Made app order for a nitro cold brew, arrived at pickup time and the display board showed in progress and even the manager checked with me for the order name. But once it moved to finished manager came back and said they are out of nitro brew and I could substitute. Again they were out of oatmilk and finally selected something different. Spent around 30 mins in store with no seating inside waiting around.

I got a oatmilk shaken espresso and i ask for no ice and they said we cannot do that because it might take explanation, so i asked for light ice and still they said no ( all other starbucks do light ice) and then they gave me 90% ice with some coffe. So people please dont buy from this store because its obviously a ripped off. So i got 90% ice for 6.45. Its starbucks and you can find a sturbucks store in each street (2 min away). Please dont buy from them so they learn ripping off people like that with no reasonable excuses is not the way to make money.
