So I walk up to the counter, there is a girl clearly busy, she says "I will be with you in a minute"... So I wait about 2 minutes. Another girl comes from the back, looks me in the eye, walks up to the cash register I am standing at, pushes some buttons on the cash register (like she was getting ready to help me). She finishes what she is doing, then turns around and walks away and goes back into the back room. She is clearly not in a rush or anything. I wait some more......
Service is good as far as professionalism but no consistency.ive came here bout 5 or 6 times and each visit I've ordered the same thing and have payed a different price each time. White mocha trap, 2 shots of espresso, caramel and whip cream. This last visit I don't know what happened, they gave me chocolate instead of white mocha, still good but not what I wanted, but for what I have ordered, I've paid from 2.90 to 6 dollars for the exact same order. This Starbucks is part of a Marriott hotel. This means it has great customer service but smaller and less cozier than a regular Starbucks. It's definitely roomy due to hotel grounds that tie into the store.
