I don’t usually go to Starbucks, but today I decided to. I ordered for Cappuccino and waited for my order. Later I saw coffee with a wrong name but sounds the same, and so I asked the crew what kind of coffee was it. The lady crew said it’s Latte. So I backed out coz that wasn’t what I ordered. My intuition kicked in to check my receipt. Indeed, the order there was Latte. I saw another crew and asked if there is an order for Cappuccino in her lists and said no. So I told her that the Latte order there must be mine however I did not order for Latte. She very nicely offered to make a Cappuccino for me instead. Apologized to. Her name is Sara. How I wish we have more and more like her in any business. No arguments just pure action to correct what was wrong. I admired her for that! Kudos to you Sara. Hope you succeed more in life. Thank you!

This place has no electric outlets to charge your laptop or cellphone. So be prepared to use a power bank. Most important heresy committed by Starbucks is discontinuation of raspberry syrup. I am just curious about the Starbucks management in terms of running this place, how do you expect to receive 5 star reviews if this location is horribly lacking proper barista training, electrical outlets and the main blasphemy is discontinued use of raspberry syrup?!?!?
This is the BEST Starbucks in all of rancho cordova! I live closer to the Olson location and the Folsom location but I go out of way to come to this one because my drink has never been wrong and everything is made perfect the tall blonde guy that works window I appreciate you you hero💪🏼
