I am just curious about the Starbucks management in terms of running this place, how do you expect to receive 5 star reviews if this location is horribly lacking proper barista training, electrical outlets and the main blasphemy is discontinued use of raspberry syrup?!?!?

This is the BEST Starbucks in all of rancho cordova! I live closer to the Olson location and the Folsom location but I go out of way to come to this one because my drink has never been wrong and everything is made perfect the tall blonde guy that works window I appreciate you you hero💪🏼

I ordered two cappuccinos through the Starbucks mobile app for $9.40. When we removed the lids, the cups were only half full, and it was mostly foam. The taste was awful. This isn't the first time this has happened. I used to visit this coffee shop regularly, but now it's just disgusting to drink such terrible cappuccinos!

For the second time this week, my order was wrong and when I contacted the establishment, I was treated extremely poorly. Terrible starbucks location avoid at all cost.
So I go to this onecuz it's close. But if you ask them for light ice and extra whipped cream they will give you extra ice and a little bit of whipped cream which doesn't make sense because I don't get milk with my drinks I prefer the creaminess of whipped cream to Cascade down and swirl and become delicious and they always ignore it and I don't understand why I will repeat it several times and I'll be nice and kind about it but I never seem to get what I want so I'm just going to go to the sunrise one because it's pretty obnoxious....

Amanda was working the front register. I walked in with my 2 children and she was sp patient and vibrant with us choosing which drinks the kids wanted. She has great customer service and even warned me that the beverage i was going to get for them had caffiene in it. I didn't know. I appreciate her letting me know.
