This is the best Starbucks I’ve been to. The hardest working people and kindest too. I have never had a bad experience here. My son has an eating disorder and one of his safe foods is a vanilla bean creme frappucino. It is one of the only things he will drink and finish. While Starbucks is expensive to us, and not a treat I would get for myself, I save up to get him. This Starbucks has the best service and I appreciate them all so much! Thank you dearly.

They were very helpful, I honestly didn't taste the food. My dog is not crazy about it, but it's very well balanced, and that's his new diet.

Reba is the WORST, rudest manager I have ever encountered in any customer service business. VERY RUDE and only concerned about RUSHING people through the drive through so she can get her drive time BONUS.
Starbucks beware. You are going to lose a lot of customers over this store and this woman and her couldn't care less about the customer attitude. AWFUL.

Typically I don't have any issues with Starbucks, but this one left an impression. A couple weeks ago, my boyfriend and I go to this Starbucks for our caffeine fix before heading out for a day of travel. Everything was fine with the service, but as we're waiting for our drinks, we stand there and, what I can assume was a manager, was sitting in the lobby, yelling at the employees in the back, and correcting them publicly. When that stops after a bit, an employee comes out to talk to her. The two proceed to talk mess about the other employees and how someone did something wrong and other mess talk. Again, this was done... publicly. These conversations need to be done in the office and in private if they need to be done at all. This is embarrassing for the employees, unprofessional, and kind of inching towards verbal abuse. As a customer, I did not appreciate this and will be going to Dutch Bros across the street moving forward.
Be nicer and treat them like fellow adults as they are. If they are having behavior issues, talk to them privately as you should.
I feel bad for anyone working under that manager. Good luck, and I wish you the best. ✌️

We live in the area and this hasn’t been a great Starbucks for us. They often turn the mobile app completely off. Slow service through the drive thru and inside. Also they get the orders wrong often. The joke in our house is “do we chance it or do we go to the one on White Rock” . There is one employee that we recognize when it’s really slow and so when we have a bad experience we ask “was she there?”. Bottom line with a corporation as big as Starbucks and as much as they charge for coffee, they really shouldn’t have this consistent bad service.

Drinks cost too much money for them to be made incorrectly with increasing frequency. The quality has decreased steadily over the last 4 years at this particular location and will likely only get worse as they don't seem to make adjustments in staffing as the area expands.

The evening crew on 6/28 were awesome! The store was clean, my order was made perfect, and the employees working were friendly and very professional. The shift lead/manager (Richie) came out to check on me and was very attentive to the customers inside the store as well as the drive-thru. The two ladies working were very quick with the drinks and communicated well with customers picking up mobile orders and that had questions. Overall, I had a great experience, and I'll be coming back to this store because of that crew.
