The women at the location at 3040 Sunrise Blvd Rancho Cordova refuses to toast my sandwiches saying you can’t get the flatbread toasted as it will turn the bread hard. I’ve been getting the flatbread toasted for 10+ years. When I disagreed that it turned the flatbread hard, she then said, you could not choose online to have it toasted so we can’t toast it because it’s against policy. I said, even if I ask you, you’re going to refuse? Then one gal told the other girl to be quiet and that she would toast the two sandwiches. I have never been treated so rudely at a Subway location in my life. I told her all I heard was that I should go to another location. I hope the owner sees this. The owner at the one we went to every week in El Segundo California would be appalled at any of his regular customers being treated this way.

Disappointed at the amount of meat on the sandwich. Bread and Veggies were fresh. Good variety of sandwiches and wraps on the menu.
This was the worst subway ever..I used to come here more because it was way better and the drive thru was convenient where it had the touch screen to place your order not anymore…I order the all American club with Italian her bread no lettuce. I did not ask for it toasted and barely got anything on the sandwich. I definitely will not be coming back. This was disgusting

The girl in the drive through with the accent is so rude. I was ordering and mid sentence she literally raised her voice and asked me what veggies I wanted. I had let them know that last time I went there you guys put tomatoes in my sandwich and I am highly allergic to tomatoes and I’m assuming she didn’t like that. I was nothing but polite I don’t like causing a scene over little mistakes I understand it happens I’ve worked in food service myself but she was so unprofessional. I pulled up to the drive through and she was still so rude and didn’t say a word, she noticed I was paying on apply, pointed the scanner towards me I payed and she then slammed the sliding door. Wish I got her name so I could’ve mentioned it but wow so unprofessional.

Stopped by my the Subway on Sunrise Blvd., in RC at the request of my young starving son after an eventful day at the hospital and after some painful & rigorous tests. He could have picked anywhere he wanted. He chose 'The Boss' meatballs & salami in marinara sauce and more. The service was great thanks in a great part to Sholeh (hope I spelled her name correctly). She was very helpful, generous and helped make some delicious sandwiches and a memorable experience. We'll be back there for lunch or dinner when we are back in the neighborhood.

I don't like this location because they make the smallest subs I've ever visited . I asked for extra veggies but they put only 1 or 2 extra pieces. I am very hungry and I would have to order two footling to make the Size of one foot long. The prices went up and sandwich got smaller. I always remember why I chose not to go here anymore . I asked for extra tomatoes they gave me no tomatoes. Really unhappy and don't recommend this location at all. Owners are stingy . They put only 4 pieces of each veggie , you will have to go the grocery store and add your own veggies to eat a satisfied subway sandwich. I hope subway fixes this stingy problem..
This was my first visit to this Subway. It's a busy area, with limited parking. But, the sandwich & drinks were good. The young woman who served me was friendly & efficient. I was in & out of there in less than 10 minutes.

No white bread no meatballs no one bothered to call and tell us when I get here they wait and start making my order as I get here making me wait just as long as a walk in order been open since 7:30 and no white bread prepped what have yall been doing

The only reason I came here was because I got a coupon in the mail. Get to the front and they say they don't accept coupons so I had to pay full price. There is no sign or at least I didn't see one. I ordered an Ultimate BMT and it was missing all the veggies it's supposed to come with!!!! They also didn't give me the water I asked for and had an attitude when I asked for it.
