We order at this location, Olson Drive, Rancho Cordova, on occasion, and have been satisfied as far as a quick meal. BUT NO LONGER!!! The footlong is now the size of a hotdog bun!!! Do they think we won't notice??? Goodbye, Subway, we'll take our business elsewhere!! We'll make them at home!!!

ordered online and got confirmation that my order was made, arriving at the store at 930 (the store opens at 9) it was closed and no one was there. 30 minutes later the employee gets to the store and wouldn't let us in...so we knocked on the door and he yells at us to wait. finally letting us in he tells us to 'shut your mouth' and ask if we want a refund. no apology? will not be coming back. ? not impressed.

First time ever to this subway and I can say I have never been so shocked. I tried to order 2 foot longs both on Italian herb bread he didn’t want to give me 2 of the Italian herb bread and said that it would be nice if I shared the bread with the rest of the customers I was actually so confused and absolutely shocked I have never had an experience like that ever in any establishment. On top of the terrible service it was so stuffy in the subway not a good feeling.

I ordered on the app then showed up at lunch time and he says, "I didn't make your sandwiches because we're out of lettuce." He then says, "I can cancel your order for you or just give you spinach." Really!!? No apology, no responsibility. He then moved like molasses to make my sandwich and put hardly anything on it. Absolute jerk! Take your money elsewhere.

Such a sad footlong sandwich I ordered online even when I picked up my sandwich it was so light I even made sure it was footlong sandwich then very poorly made not fresh ingredients and not made how I ordered..never again will I order from here

They never make my sandwich properly and it has a weird vibe. I love subway, but after going here a couple times I steer clear of it. The ingredients are always rotting and sitting around and the workers just don't know how to follow directions. I'm a patient person but this subway makes me want to go behind the counter and make it myself!

I would give zero stars if I could. My husband and I came in and presented a coupon BEFORE ordering to make sure the coupon was valid for what we wanted. The worker honored the coupon so we went ahead and ordered. She even rang it up to make sure the code went through. Upon paying, the owner comes out and says NO, we can't use this. We told him about asking the cashier first before ordering but he was adamant about not using it. We said forget it, we are not paying for this and began to walk out. Nevertheless, he ended up using the coupon but did not apologize for the supposed mistake she made. Customer service was horrible!! Never again!
I've been going to this subway ever since it's been open. I've known the owner for years and he has never forgotten my order. This subway never misses and the people that work there are so kind. The food is always good.
