Not a friendly environment. Had a coupon and knew the restrictions/exclusions of coupons, but when I went to order what ~ according to the coupon ~ was allowed, I was told, "NO .. you can only order from the 'create your own' panel .. Manager said so"This was after I'd stood in line, patiently, and when I was next in line and standing at the counter .. an employee walks up and without a hello or a please or any sort of greeting was told to HAND THEM A BAG OF CHIPS FROM MY SIDE OF THE COUNTER!!!!! Then, without so much as a grunt, he walked away after I handed it to him.In between asking me what I wanted on my 3 sandwiches individually(which I had explained to the gal were all going to be the exact same, so it would be an easy order) she then started talking to her two co-workers in a different language while cutting her eyes towards me which in turn made the other two people look at me as if they were talking about me.There were several other things that happened, but I'm not going to type it all here. Just to make it plain .. it was extremely poor customer service (the gal behind me wasn't faring much better in her treatment either).

This is the 2nd time I had bad experience with this location, last month I ordered protein bowl,it's pricey and on top of that not getting what you ordered is very frustrating. Barely veggies and very less protein, kinda like a meal for 7 or 8 year old.Today got a sandwich, no taste, chicken is so dry and barely enough on the sandwich. This is insane,I know things are expensive nowadays but owners shouldn't be making money by not even providing what we are paying for. I know it's new management. Why would you provide something to someone when you as a customer probably won't consume.

I had a hair in my sandwich, then I had a small accident with a worker, it wasn't her fault, she apologized and behaved very well.
They gave me a refund for my sandwich

Friendly staff making my sandwiches just the way I like them. It's a fine location.

Vegetarian options: Not great, unfortunately. There's a plant-based protein option, but it's almost hidden on the menu like a shameful secret. I pay for extra cheese and to add avocado - which ends up rather pricey for a "value" chain.
