This is the 2nd time I had bad experience with this location, last month I ordered protein bowl,it's pricey and on top of that not getting what you ordered is very frustrating. Barely veggies and very less protein, kinda like a meal for 7 or 8 year old.Today got a sandwich, no taste, chicken is so dry and barely enough on the sandwich. This is insane,I know things are expensive nowadays but owners shouldn't be making money by not even providing what we are paying for. I know it's new management. Why would you provide something to someone when you as a customer probably won't consume.

Good customer service, food was just okay but I don't blame the staff. The Cold Cut Combo sandwich doesn't seem tasty to me so I will order something else next time. I placed my order in the app and picked up. I've been to this location before. The ambience is nice.

The drive through machine doesn't react to done pushes but reacts to others and creates an experience where I was unable to order, I won't return ad this wasted my time and is hard to deal with

Friendly staff making my sandwiches just the way I like them. It's a fine location.Vegetarian options: Not great, unfortunately. There's a plant-based protein option, but it's almost hidden on the menu like a shameful secret. I pay for extra cheese and to add avocado - which ends up rather pricey for a "value" chain.

Worst customer service! Open til 8, door locked and went to drive thru, glare on screen so bad unable to order. Went to the window and the guy refused to take the order, stating it had to be done at screen. Worst customer servic.

Just ordered a 12 inch garden burger sandwich. Nothing else. Took the drive thru worker over 10 mins to even acknowledge my existence at the window. I decided to not give her too much of a hard time, because I know that the veggie patties need to be toasted and it can take some time . Got home to eat it and the veggie patty was still FROZEN! I had to throw the sandwich away. I called to make a complaint and the number on the subway website for this location is disconnected. Very poor customer service and a very poor customer experience.

Went in and ordered a rotisserie chicken footlong. The gentleman taking my order was quick, prompt, and professional. Best subway customer service I’ve had.
