had a really bad experience today , i have been there regular customer and also dilevered food many times with doordash , a lady was there tonight refused to give me the order on drive thru , she only handed me one while marked the other as ready and told me to come all the way back from the drive thru line or she threatened me to call 911 , totally unacceptable behavior

Lately, there has been an employee at Taco Bello with inappropriate behavior in the evenings, whose name I don't know and therefore I can't mention her name. I come to order, she sends me to the drive-thru for the second time, I go around for the second time, I come to pick up the order, she doesn't give me the order, and she behaves inappropriately. I don't understand what kind of behavior this is, and this is the second time this has happened to the same employee.

Idk felt really awkward cuz I wanted to order at the counter but the the lady told me to order from the kiosk and I clicked Pay at the counter and I didn't see anybody at the counter so I assumed you pay right when you get the food idk the employee didn't really seem to wanna talk or anything maybe she's new but yea no I didn't like that I had to order from the kiosk cuz the order I wanted wasn't on the menu
