You have to use the self serve kiosk if you eat inside. I hate these machines, I want service from a human. I don’t pay these ridiculous prices so I can also work there. It’s not the customers job to input orders. More and more fast food places are making you do the work if you eat inside. I will stop going to these places. Maybe one day they will all be self serve and I won’t eat fast food anymore. I guess that’s a win for me!😂

Mmmmm...their mouth watering beef chalupas are so good. Although taco bell has changed their meat within last 4 years I don't like it it's more fibrous! All taco bell connoisseurs know the meat was greasy and ground beefy which gave it that distinctive deliciousness. Maybe they thought we wouldn't know, It does not have that glisten, or ground beef look. Next time look closely it looks like there are little fibers. On another note, with a side of mild sauce any of their menu items especially freshly grilled quesadilla with that fresh grilled flour smell is sure to be a hit.

Worst experience ever! Walked into the store and didn’t get greeted. Me and my husband wanted to order up at the front cause we didn’t see what we wanted on the kiosk, as we stood up there a lady working drive through kept asking us if we ordered yet on the kiosk and we said no we wanted to order up front and no one responded and kept working. So we decided to leave and not support the laziness of the staff. I tried giving a call to the store after we left so I could speak to the manager and a lady picked up and I asked if I could get her name. She rudely responded with that she does not have to give out her name even though she said she was the manager. POOR SERVICE. LACK OF EFFORT. Not worth going to.
