I hate that these places have the kiosks. There's 3 people standing around but they don't want to take your order and you have to use the kiosk. There's no customer service anymore. We waited about 20 min for our food.

We waited 15 minutes for two sodas before walk up to the counter and asking for our order. But it is Taco Bell so not sure what I was expecting but maybe fast would help.
The service here in the mornings is top notch! I come in for 3 breakfast boxes, with changes to one, and they always get it correct. Every time. The food at this location seems much fresher than other locations near here. From ordering to getting my order is always super quick, even when the drive thru has a long line. Also for the area it is in, it is kept very clean inside! I appreciate the staff here.

Whoever the manager is, please read.... when people walk in to pick up their order, why does it take 3 people to look at me and then 1 person out of the 3 actually move to assist the me with picking up the order.Please have your team triple check the order, I had to go back because I was missing Chipotle sauce, and when I got home I realized that I didn't even get the taco sauce I asked for.
