Was told I have to place my order myself now. What exactly are these people paid for. No service not fast and not even cheap anymore. 20$ an hr should require service and a skill. Disappointed in this entire state!

Sad to say that after a couple of times being here we have had our order completely wrong and the food was very bad.The crunchy tacos were more like soft tacos.The food was cold and we are extremely disappointed. We attempted to contact the store, but the manager is never there.

Food poisoning! I would give - stars if I could! Spent hours in bathroom. I called the store and Stephanie says 'I hope you fee better, I'll make a note if it'. That's it! The manager hides from customers and tells employees not to give their name out. I'm calling the health department.Stay away if you don't want to get sick.

I got there an hour before they close and I see a lot a employees outside talking and smoking in the front door so I thought they gonna take my order but they didn't I was waiting like for 5 to 10 minutes and no body answer in the microphone that was so disappointed.... They need to improve in the service because they suck to be honest.

I placed an order through the app and the manager told me that they did not receive it and told me to wait in the parking lot for my food for 20 minutes. She came out 30 minutes later and told me that she never received my order and that I wasted my money and then she leaves. I went to the drive thru to ask for a refund for my food because I have a receipt and proof of payment. She tells me they are closed at 12:50.
