Just went to this taco bell. Not busy. Ordered 40 dollars worth of food. Tried to get 4 sides of nacho cheese. Was rushed out of the drive thru with assurance all my items were present and well as all my sauces. Super disappointing. Will never go back.

Went through the drive thru last week. Ordered a Taco pack. Got asked if I wanted supreme and I said no. Thry put supreme on there anyway. I didn't say anything and figured I'd just enjoy them anyway. Also ordered a nach bell grande. Paid, went home, and had normal tacos instead of supreme and no nachos. So basically I got jipped out of almost $20.

Extremely rude staff. Perhaps a product of the neighborhood. The tattoo faced girl that handed us our drinks said, " she don't know which one is the Dr Pepper". It turns out both drinks were Pepsi. When we told her, she said, "No they ain't". Perhaps hiring people that have a sense of customer service along with the ability to speak correctly would help. I will gladly go to any other Taco Bell. I don't need to argue with trashy, uneducated, rude employees.

I order 2 Nacho Doritos locos tacos with no lettuce. They came with maybe a spoonful of meat and a sprinkle of cheese. It looked like someone took one small spoon of meat and spread it across the bottom of the taco shell. There was not even enough to call it a taco. I feel like I just paid for the taco shells $6.
So let me put it like this, if you have a whole day to waste waiting on an order, than come on down! But seriously this is ridiculous, I put in a mobile order for lobby pick up, should've been started by the time I was rolled up and got inside. To my surprise when I get in the place filled with maybe 10 customers max, not ordering but waiting on 10+ ticket times on orders. Me and my girlfriend have been waiting for about 15 mins, enough time for me to smoke and watch some TV, asked them about how much longer on my order to be informed that it's just getting started on, just started on! This is crazy, never coming back again.

So the lobby was closed and my friends and I went through the drive thru and the 1st time we went through they forgot my friends drink. We went back and he gave us the drink, then we looked at food, wrong order. The chilupas were chicken not beef and he gave us 3 soft tacos and no beefy bean & cheese burrito. Went through again and told him that we didn't get the burrito. He gave us another bag and as we're driving away I checked it and it was yet another soft taco.

What is it with fast food these days where no one can seem to get the order right. Went throught the drive through on 10/29 and got a couple burritos and three tacos. Not only was one of the burritos not warm but they messed up on the other burrito but also didn't give me two of the tacos. So annoying!
