Ordered through postmates and got the complete wrong burger. There wasn't even a receipt with my name on the bag. Normally when ordering through delivery services, a name with a receipt is on the bag. If there isn't a name and receipt, how do they know who's order they are picking up? I've already requested a refund through postmates, but why did you guys get my order wrong completely? Or be more organized? I work graves and don't have many options when I want to order overnight and to charge what you do and getting your orders wrong and not labeling them correctly is bad business and service.
