I'm so happy this place is open. My daughter is allergic to gluten, dairy, soy and nuts so being able to come to a bakery and letting her pick whatever she wanted without worrying about whats inside is a literal treat! Plus everything tastes so delicious! We can't wait to come back and visit!

Everything we have tried here is great! This is the only place I have tried where I would say the gf items are in can’t tell the difference from gluten category. Everything is delicious and no sandy texture you run into with a lot of gf baked goods.

Stopped by here for some vegan birthday treats. They did not disappoint.

This place is amazing. Friendly staff and the baked goods are so tasty!! Highly recommend the oatmeal cream sandwiches!

I made the journey up from Southern California for the grand opening of their new Orangevale location and this bakery did not disappoint. Although I have the privilege to be able to go into any bakery because I have no dietary restrictions….this was hands down the best baked goods ever. Everything was delicious and you can tell that everything is baked with absolute care. Everything I had was delicious and I would make that drive any day. I also love that this gives such a special place for people with dietary restrictions to get to come in and pick out their very own safe and delicious treat! Such an amazing concept! Do yourself a favor and come here and get some great treats. Delaney is delightful and a baker with such talent you’re gonna say…what is even gluten and why do we need it in our treats!

Caring kitchen is hands down the best bakery I have ever been to. Friends and family I have brought here that don’t have any dietary restrictions have raved about the desserts here also. I honestly don’t think any blind taste testers would realize the desserts are vegan, gluten free, and free of many allergens on taste or texture. Every single dessert I’ve tried from here has been so insanely good, cookies, brownies, cupcakes, pies, you name it. Highly highly highly recommend to anyone and everyone looking for some tasty desserts.

The Caring Kitchen is such a great place to stop for a scrumptious treat - and they are going to open a second location at Madison and Main in Orangevale soon! Every single thing is so good but the frost’ems are my favorites.

I love this place! The beautiful pink aesthetic of the logo and decor is gorgeous and inviting. The Star Wars theme as well is super cool. Love that the owner is a fellow Star Wars geek! It's so nice to have a gluten free, vegan bakery locally that also has so many delicious treats so I don't have to travel to the Bay Area every time I want something special. Staff is friendly. Prices are higher than say, Mariposa Bakery in Oakland, but not at all unacceptable given the quality you're getting and the convenience of being local to Sacramento. Caring Kitchen now has a 2nd location opening in Orangevale (spring 2025) which is super exciting! My wife and I love shopping here. I highly recommend!

The Caring Kitchen is the BEST. The treats are all SO delicious; you can't go wrong with anything you pick here. I've tried an array of things and every single one/flavor has been super amazing. And what's more is that they are all gluten and dairy free (and most allergens free actually) makes it even more great esp when you have dietary restrictions or just want to avoid toxic contaminants in our food supply today. As most have prob experienced it's hard to get the same texture and flavor with things that are gluten and dairy free but The Caring Kitchen does it to perfection - no exaggeration. My husband who's a tough critic not only can't tell it's gluten or dairy free but he actually will devour it (and that's saying something lol!)

I also appreciate how much effort the owner puts into sourcing and preparation in order to make it safe for everyone who has to avoid the allergens.

It's been one of the best places in Sacramento and I can say the Caring Kitchen is the only place of its kind.

I do also love how she's always testing new flavors and baked goods frequently, just the cherry on top!
