The Habit Burger Grill

If I could leave the maximum review, I wouldn't do it, because I can't give 100 stars, but my rating is this! I am very satisfied with this establishment! Everything here is very tasty, burgers, fries, very tasty onion rings, I really liked everything here! And there's a cool, cozy atmosphere here) the songs are perfect for the atmosphere!!!!!

This is the worst customer service I ever encountered they mess up my order completely it's obvious on the receipt but I have to go through multiple 3rd parties just to complain. A call center answers what the hell and then they say you have to file a complaint on a completely different website. Wow what ownership of their product.

Ordered several family meals for office lunch - the Habit team really took care of us from start to finish! Ready right on time, hot, fresh, and you can tell they are proud to serve it. 🍔🍔🍔

I ordered some burger patties and they were put in a plastic container that melted onto the patties. Come on guys, noone wants to eat plastic. Figure out a better system. Wrap them in the same paper as the burger. You would think that would be common sense?

This location has the worst customer service ever! They take forever to make your food even when it’s not busy and gets the order wrong every single time without fail! Can’t be that hard. And don’t even think about ordering curbside, they’ll completely forget about you. Ordered online for curbside and got there and waited in my car and got a text that my order was ready, it will be out soon. 15 minutes go by, nothing so I go inside and see a bag sitting on the counter. Sure enough it’s my food sitting out for 15 minutes! Cold and soggy and of course wrong! And my shake wasn’t even made but I watched the guy make 5 other shakes to give to other customers that were there after me. So took my cold soggy food and watered down shake and left before I said something rude. Horrible service Every single time! Unreal.

My favorite foods are American being born and raised in California, so habit is the perfect spot if you're looking for a good burger and fries and a drink or milkshake with way too many calories, then this place is perfect for you!
