This location has the worst customer service ever! They take forever to make your food even when it’s not busy and gets the order wrong every single time without fail! Can’t be that hard. And don’t even think about ordering curbside, they’ll completely forget about you. Ordered online for curbside and got there and waited in my car and got a text that my order was ready, it will be out soon. 15 minutes go by, nothing so I go inside and see a bag sitting on the counter. Sure enough it’s my food sitting out for 15 minutes! Cold and soggy and of course wrong! And my shake wasn’t even made but I watched the guy make 5 other shakes to give to other customers that were there after me. So took my cold soggy food and watered down shake and left before I said something rude. Horrible service Every single time! Unreal.

My favorite foods are American being born and raised in California, so habit is the perfect spot if you're looking for a good burger and fries and a drink or milkshake with way too many calories, then this place is perfect for you!

My husband and son arrived today st 1030am. They could see people inside, they walked up to the door which is locked. They waited 15 minutes and they never opened the door.

Usually I’m a pretty happy camper. If the food is good I’m happy. The other day I ordered a meal and the fries were dry so I asked for some ranch for the fries. They said they charge customers for ranch now. It’s not even about the money at this point. You people raised your prices on your burgers a couple dollars and now you charge for ranch on top of that. I’m not happy with my experience and will choose other more reasonably establishments like In-N-Out who aren’t penny pinching like this trash organization.

So literally, I logged off for the day and just had a taste for a burger and remembered I could walk over here.
The ordering system is so smooth. The burger options were stellar & it was quick. The burger was cooked to order. I got it to-go. I got a combo (burger/fry/drink) Pepsi me! Everything is delicious! I'll go back.

They were really fast and the fries were hot and good I used the kiosk I did not have to interact with the staff at all don't forget to tip.. we'll definitely go back for some burgers to go

Ordered a dbl charburger meal and it was made wrong. Nicely pointed it out and they remade it, except the made it wrong again and without the 2nd patty. When asked for a refund since I had a feeling they would mess it up a 3rd time, was told no. What looked liked to be the manage then proceeded to throw me free burger coupons. I spent $35 on 2 meals for me and my gf and then to be short changed on our food and refused a refund says they don't care about their customers. We had our order messed up and then had the manager tell us to come back is ridiculous. I don't have any faith that the next time we come is going to be any better. Not worth the time or money spent here.
